Dear guests,
The distinctive, well-appointed beach house located in a quiet location on a 250 sqm plot with beautiful garden in the amusement park "Schoneveld", just 300 meters from the beach and within walking distance easily and easy to reach (about 5 minutes walk). Only the dunes separate the holiday park of the almost endless sandy beaches of Zeeland. This beach house is arranged spaciously and neighbors have little insight. The property is completely fenced, so you can let your children play safely in the garden.
The house has a ground and an attic with about 90 m ² total living space. Can accommodate up to 6 people.
The park has a restaurant, a fast food restaurant, a supermarket (fresh bread in the morning), 3 children playgrounds, indoor pool, bowling alleys with bar, tennis court and bike / cart rental. The beautifully laid mini golf course "De Afslag" with large adventure playground (indoor and outdoor) is directly opposite the park entrance.
Please feel comfortable in our house! Even your four-legged friend is welcome here!

The beautiful holiday home is located in a quietly situated private holiday park Schoneveld (also known as Park Schoneveld or Strandpark Schoneveld) near Breskens. The sea and the beach are about 300 meters away and can be easily and quickly reached on foot (about 5 minutes walk).
Breskens is an old fishing village with a large fishing harbor and a large marina. At the fish market, there is fresh fish and seafood available around the clock. In recent years, many things in the town have been newly built and beautified. There are numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes in various price ranges. For shopping, there are 2 large supermarkets (Plus and Jumbo) available. In the neighboring Oostburg, there is also Aldi and Lidl.
Breskens is located in the southern Dutch province of Zeeland. Here in the south of the Netherlands, there are above-average hours of sunshine.
The wide beaches in Zeelandic Flanders invite you to relaxing beach walks in the fresh sea air at any time of year – you will feel the relaxation with every breath! Every few hundred meters, the very well-kept beach restaurants invite you for coffee, cake, cold drinks, or delicious food with a sea view and the sound of waves.
By bike or car, you can quickly reach the beautiful surrounding Flemish towns and cities such as Sluis, Cadzand, Knokke, Bruges, Ghent, and Damme. You can also cycle for hours westwards along the coast over the dunes, all the way to Belgium. A trip by ferry to Vlissingen (20 min. walk or 10 min. by bike) to the other side is also worthwhile. From here, you can reach Vlissingen on foot and Middelburg, Zoutelande, Westkapellen, and Domburg by bike.
The beach at Schoneveld has been awarded the title "Cleanest Beach in the Netherlands" several times in recent years, with very good water quality. The water quality is regularly checked during the summer months.
Sports that can be practiced in the area include tennis/padel, sailing, surfing, horseback riding, golf, and go-karting.
Breskens can be quickly reached by car from Germany (about 300 km from Cologne, about 3 hours).

Schoneveld 21 was equipped in September 2022 with a completely new interior such as a corner sofa, coffee table, dining table, buffet cabinet, mood lamps above the dining table, window decoration with wooden blinds, in the kitchen: gas stove, oven, refrigerator, extractor hood, in the bedrooms: box spring beds, in the garden: new fabric for the folding arm awning, new garden furniture and a new outdoor terrace.
In 2026, the holiday home was completely repainted.

Beautiful house with fenced garden
We were happy here?
My husband, I, and our little doggies??
The house is lovingly furnished, everything was very clean?
The bathroom unfortunately only has a bathtub for showering, that was difficult for my husband,
But otherwise everything was perfect? The garden completely fenced and the hedges nice and high, so you sit comfortably wind and sight protected on the terrace?
WLAN also perfect?
It was simply wonderful here, we will come back, and book this house??

Great house for a perfect family vacation
We were at the holiday home Schoneveld 21 for two weeks in August 2026, with 3 children (9, 12 + 13) and 1 dog.
The house is located in a quiet spot in the complex, with a beautiful and spacious garden. (It is not visible and completely fenced.)
The house is well laid out and ideally divided for a family with children. There is nothing lacking in the furnishings.
It was very clean and very lovingly furnished, and we felt at home immediately. A second toilet and shower would be great, but it's manageable without.
We were in this area for the first time. From Breskens, you can really do a lot. We took trips to Cadzand, Bruges, Vlissingen, Middelburg, etc.
The beach was never crowded and beautiful.
The volleyball court on the premises currently does not exist, the indoor pool was not open, but none of this bothered us. If we were to vacation in Zeeland again, we would book this house immediately.

Very beautiful and clean house with direct proximity to the beach!
We, my wife, my dog, and I, were here for 14 days in June 2026 and really enjoyed the vacation. The house is perfectly furnished. A closed, almost opaque garden rounds off the accommodation. Also suitable for families with children, although it would probably be quite cramped with 6 people. We felt very comfortable in the house and would gladly come back.

Perfect holiday home!
Booking and communication were absolutely seamless! The owner went out of their way to be accommodating in making the booking work for us!
The house is very well-equipped, lovingly decorated, and spotlessly clean! The garden was private and great for our dog.
A big positive was not having the utility bills for gas, electricity, or water to worry about. Most places leave you with a bill you have no way of being reassured is correct.
The location is perfect. Close to the sea with beaches perfect for dogs to enjoy and also for getting a lovely experiencing of both Netherlands and Belgium.
We'll be back in Oct/Nov more excited for knowing what we will be coming to.

Schoneveld 21
We spent a wonderful week in this great holiday home.
It is well furnished, has everything you need to feel comfortable.
It was a quiet time, but ideal for relaxing and for the dogs.
It is very well located, close to the sea and for trips
to nearby Belgium. We visited Knokke, Ghent, and Bruges.
We will definitely not be here for the last time.

We come themselves for over 20 years in the Beach Park Schoneveld in Breskens. Breskens is a wonderful place right on the beach, where you can enjoy your vacation fully. Our cottage is personally designed and very comfortable. I have done my best to make you feel at home.

Mein Mann, ich und unsere kleinen Hundilis??
Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber?
Das Bad hat leider nur eine Badewanne zum Duschen, das war für meinen Mann schwierig,
Aber sonst war alles perfekt? Der Garten komplett eingezäunt und die Hecken schön hoch, dadurch sitzt man gemütlich Wind-und Sichtgeschützt auf der Terrasse?
WLAN auch perfekt?
Es war einfach herrlich hier, wir kommen wieder, und buchen dieses Haus??
Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Stelle in der Anlage, mit einem schönen und großzügigen Garten. (Er ist nicht einsehbar und komplett eingezäunt.)
Das Haus ist gut geschnitten und für eine Familie mit Kindern ideal aufgeteilt. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an Nichts.
Es war sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.
Eine zweite Toilette und Dusche wäre noch toll, aber es geht auch ohne.
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Gegend. Von Breskens aus kann man wirklich viel unternehmen. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Cadzand, Brügge, Vlissingen, Middelburg usw. unternommen.
Der Strand war nie überfüllt und schön.
Das Volleyballfeld auf der Anlage existiert aktuell nicht, das Hallenbad war nicht geöffnet, dies hat uns aber alles nicht gestört.
Sollten wir wieder in Zeeland Urlaub machen, würden wir dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Es ist top eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht, zum Wohlfühlen.
Es war eine ruhige Zeit, aber zum Entspannen und für die Hunde ideal.
Es liegt total gut, zum Meer und für Ausflüge
ins nahe Belgien. Wir haben Knokke, Gent und Brügge besucht.
Mit Sicherheit waren wir nicht das ketzte Mal hier.
Wir können das Ferienhaus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden. Große Terrasse, welche zum entspannen einlädt, während Kinder und Hund unbeschwert im eingezäunten Grundstück spielen und toben können!
Buchung, Kommunikation absolut komplikationslos! Sehr freundliche Vermieterin!

Wir haben dort mit unserem Hund eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

Wir verbrachten dort eine schöne und entspannte Zeit. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und freundlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Schlüsselübergabe und der Austausch mit der netten Vermieterin liefen sehr unkompliziert.
Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung und der Stil der Einrichtung sind modern und genau nach unserem Geschmack. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen.
Der Garten ist ideal für Hund und Kind, alles eingezäunt.
Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit.

Das Ferienhaus ist nicht nur mit allem ausgestattet, was zu einem entspannten Urlaub gehört, sondern es ist ganz besonders geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet.
Ich komme immer wieder gerne zurück in dieses kleine Paradies. Zumindest war es meine Wahrnehmung.
Wir haben uns hier sauwohl gefühlt und die Nähe vom Strand genossen.
Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiteremfpehlen.
Der Park, die Umgebung, der wunderschöne Strand und viele Ausflugsziele tragen zu einem abwechslungsreichen Urlaub bei.
Das Haus bietet mit seinem voll eingezäunten Garten absolute Privatsphäre und ist für Hunde toll! Die Vermietungsabwicklung war unkompliziert und nett. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
