Enjoy your holiday in our modern holiday home. It offers you a modern fitted kitchen as well as a nice and comfortable dining area. The two bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as the shower room are located on the ground floor of the house. Upstairs you will find a spacious and cosy living area with a sofa bed. The large and fully covered terrace invites you to relax and feel good. The property is fully fenced and has a beautiful lawn as well as enough parking space for up to 3 cars. Furthermore, a boat with motor (licence-free) is available for your unrestricted use. The water access is approx. 50 m away from the property.

The holiday home is in a very quiet location directly on a branch of the old Havel River. The holiday resort of Ketzin/Havel is located directly between Potsdam and Brandenburg. Surrounded by protected natural landscapes as well as an ample lake and quarry landscape, it is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The neighbouring cities of Potsdam, Berlin and Brandenburg offer a wide range of cultural and entertainment opportunities and can be easily reached within a short time

small but nice holiday home

The holiday home is small but nice. It is equipped with everything you need and very clean.

The landlord and neighbours are all very friendly. The garden is completely fenced, so ideal for a holiday with dog(s). We spent a lot of time on the covered terrace, whether it was sunny or rainy.
The public water access is ideal for a little refreshment for two and four-legged friends. The surrounding area can be easily explored by bike.

A really nice place to spend a holiday

We are travelling with a child and a dog. We liked the house very much at first sight. The property is large and completely enclosed with a fence. Dog and child could move around and have fun without a constant guide. We mainly spent our time on the terrace. From breakfast to dinner you sit here really very well. The house is very practically furnished. Everything you need is there. Everything is clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our holiday very much. We were able to do a lot but also relax.

Beautiful vacation, gladly again.

The house is small, fine, and clean, and offers everything a family of four needs. The children's room has a bunk bed, and both children naturally wanted to sleep on top. The kitchen has a dishwasher that saves washing up. The dishes were sufficient. The bathroom had a relatively small sink and shower. The living room on the entire upper floor was spacious and had a great TV (as did the parents' bedroom). The fenced property is very well maintained and spacious with parking spaces for cars and lockable. The location Ketzin was a quiet, ideal starting point for our trips to Potsdam, Berlin-Spandau, Tropical Island, Karl's Adventure Farm, and Outlet Shopping Center. We will gladly come back to relax.

Super relaxing vacation

The landlord was super nice, always available and took good care of us on-site. The holiday home and the property were very clean and tidy, equipped with everything your heart desires. The property is completely fenced so that our children and our dog could play and romp around safely. The cottage is situated in a very well-kept and quiet settlement on the Havel river. We immediately found the sun loungers and used them extensively. Great vacation, I can personally highly recommend the house, will definitely love to come back next year.

Top holiday home, great vacation

We traveled as a family (2 adults and 2 children) along with our little pug. We stayed for a week and had plenty of space. The large fully fenced property provided ample room for both our dog and our children to move around freely, and the existing swing was really enjoyed during our vacation days. The holiday home is well-equipped, especially the kitchen had everything we needed. The location of the cottage is absolutely quiet and super idyllic. On the truly very beautiful and fully covered terrace, it is very relaxing to have breakfast and sit with a glass of wine until late in the evening. The house is really very appealing and high quality furnished. We would like to give special praise to the very accommodating and truly very helpful landlord, who was available to us at all times and took care of all our wishes. We especially enjoyed boating, the nature is truly beautiful and even our dog discovered his talent as a captain and didn't want to get off in the end. We had a very nice vacation and will definitely find our way back here in the future.

Expensive short vacation

First, the positive remarks:
The landlord is very nice and always reachable. The house is located in a settlement, is very clean, modern, and functionally furnished. The garden is completely and securely fenced at a height of about 1.20m, so you can have a relaxed stay even with a dog.

Now, for the things I didn't like so much:
Sun loungers are not freely accessible. Yes, I could have called. Then they would have been provided by the landlord. At the proud price of 90€ per night in the off-season, however, I do not want to demand the equipment specified in the description. The information about the house published on the website gives the impression that the property is right by the water. The water access is about 30-40m away, outside the property, and not really suitable for swimming. Sufficient for a quick cool-down, but not for a day at the water. The water access is more for boarding and disembarking the boat, or for a dog bath. I don't really mind that, but it should be worded differently in the description.

My conclusion... it was a nice, relaxing short vacation, but I also find the property quite expensive in terms of value for money. While I mostly enjoyed it, I would not book it again at this price.

Ihre Anmerkungen zu den Sonnenliegen können wir überhaupt nicht verstehen, diese standen die ganze Zeit für Sie bereit und waren jederzeit nutzbar. Ein kurzer Anruf und wir hätten Ihnen den genauen Platz, an dem die Liegen immer stehen (hinter dem Grill links) gern nocheinmal vor Ort gezeigt. Auch bezüglich der Preisempfindung sind wir ein wenig verwundert, Ihr doch sehr übersichtlicher Urlaubszeitraum von 3 Tagen lag in der Hauptsaison und wir konnten Ihnen dennoch mit viel Mühe noch eine kurzfristige Anmietung anbieten. Aufgrund Ihrer persönlichen Umstände haben wir Ihnen noch zusätzlich einen Preisnachlass von 20% ermöglicht. Auch finden wir es schade, dass Sie das Fußnah zu erreichende Wasser als so erschwerlich empfunden haben, in unserer Beschreibung wird aber auch kein Wasserzugang vom Grundstück aus angepreist. Unser Urlaubsort bietet viele vielfältige Wasserzugänge, dazu ist aber ein bisschen Bewegung und Erkundung der direkten Umgebung erforderlich. Das zur Verfügung gestellte Boot soll unseren Gästen zusätzlich die Erkundung der Wasserwege ermöglichen. Da Sie aber im Ergebnis, wie gewünscht, einen erholsamen und schönen Aufenthalt hatten und die genannten Anmerkungen doch eher ein bisschen von der persönlichen Stimmung abhängen, sehen wir doch unsere Arbeit als ordentliche Gastgeber als erfüllt an. Sicherlich ist Ihre derzeitige Lebenssituation sehr zu bedauern, wir wünschen Ihnen dennoch alles Liebe und auch bei Ihnen wird bald alles wieder ins Lot kommen.

Beautiful family vacation with dog.

The modern furnished house offers enough space for a family with two children. The completely fenced garden offers plenty of space to play. Even our dog felt very comfortable there. We used the boat every day, simply perfect to explore the Havel. The landlord and the neighbors are very friendly. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful cottage, beautiful vacation

We really had a great holiday at the lovely holiday home. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet you can reach the cities of Brandenburg, Potsdam, and Berlin in no time. Our son was thrilled with the house's location and wanted to go fishing on the Havel immediately. Mr. Nowottnick is a great landlord and always available. We will definitely come back sometime.

Super Urlaub

We had a really great holiday in the beautiful vacation home. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can reach the cities of Brandenburg, Potsdam, and Berlin in no time. Our dog also felt comfortable. Plenty of space to run around and everything fenced off. Great. Mr. Nowottnick is a great landlord, always available and if something is forgotten, he sends it afterwards. Super service that you have to find first.
