Experience a relaxing holiday in our lovingly furnished holiday home. The accommodation offers a combined living and dining area, which has a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table. The bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen. The covered outdoor terrace and the sun loungers also invite you to relax outside. A boat with motor (licence free) is available for your use. The completely fenced property offers you peace and privacy. Your car can be parked right next to the holiday home. Water access is available via a private jetty approx. 30 m from the property.

The holiday home is in a very quiet location directly on a branch of the old Havel River. The holiday resort of Ketzin/Havel is located directly between Potsdam and Brandenburg. Surrounded by protected natural landscapes as well as a sufficient lake and quarry landscape, you can wonderfully relax and recuperate here. The neighbouring cities of Potsdam, Berlin and Brandenburg offer a wide range of cultural and entertainment opportunities and can be easily reached within a short time
Shopping facilities for groceries, pharmacies, a medical centre and a petrol station are located in the village.

Beautiful house, beautiful vacation
The holiday home is located in a very quiet location. We were able to start the day in a very relaxed way. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning and usually ended the evening with a barbecue and a glass of Aperol. We had our bikes with us and were able to even take a bike tour to Potsdam in a relaxed way. The very spacious jetty with our boat was directly accessible via the neighboring property. Overall, a beautiful holiday. We really enjoyed it.

very nice holiday with own boat.
Because we wanted to take our dog on vacation with us, we quickly decided on this small, very lovely house. The property around the house is completely fenced in so that our dog could run freely without any worries. The house was well equipped and we lacked nothing. The space in the house was more than sufficient for my husband and me; we could have easily accommodated another person. Everything was very well-kept and clean. The landlord was really very nice and helped us quickly and easily with all our concerns. We are very satisfied and had a really nice holiday. We quickly got the hang of the boat and were able to enjoy the beautiful nature from the water as well. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend the holiday home.

great facilities, clean and well maintained
We are very enthusiastic. The holiday home "Haveleck" can really be highly recommended. We spent a very nice holiday week in the house. There is simply wonderful nature to experience on site. It is wonderfully quiet and relaxing. It was very relaxing, my husband used the boat for his fishing trips almost every day in the evening. The house is equipped with everything you need, the landlord is close by and immediately available if you need help or have questions. The house and also the property is in a super clean and well-maintained condition. We have already booked for 2017, we are looking forward to it.

Great for a fishing vacation
The vacation was very nice, albeit short and not ideal weather. However, the landlord made every effort (successfully) to be accommodating and was available at all times for questions. It was very pleasant that, due to the weather, the equipment of the house was particularly good, especially the underfloor heating, which is not always a standard feature. In addition, the house was accessible on one level, which is a positive point for both people with limited mobility and dogs/pets.
The adjacent parking lot and the quiet location allow for a very relaxed (short) vacation.
A slight drawback, even if not caused by the landlord, is the poor access to the shore for fishing. However, this was well balanced by the availability of the boat. In this context, the suggestion to install a rod stand at the house, where the rods can be stored overnight, is allowed once again. Overall, a very nice experience that will gladly be repeated.
