Disappointing, not recommended.
The apartment is well located and has a good layout. However, the apartment was not really well cleaned and tidy upon handover. In general, we were very disappointed because the apartment is completely worn out and in need of renovation in some areas. Old and worn kitchen, heavily soiled walls/wallpapers, dining chair seat covers full of stains and disgusting, etc. With some investment, this could be fixed, but they prefer to rent out this state at an unreasonably high price. What a shame!!!
