Enttäuschend, nicht empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und hat einen guten Schnitt. Jedoch war die Wohnung nicht wirklich gut gereinigt ubd sauber bei Übergabe. Generell waren wir sehr enttäuscht, da die Wohnung total abgewohnt und in einigen Bereichen renovierungsbedürftig ist. Alte und abgenutzte Küche, stark verschmutzte Wände/Tapeten, die Sitzbezüge der Esszimmer Stühle voller Flecken und eklig usw. Mit etwas investition könnte man das beheben aber man vermietet lieber unverhältnismäßig teuer diesen Zustand. Schade!!!
