It is a detached villa built on two levels, consisting of two independent apartments: one apartment on each floor. On the ground floor level, the house is surrounded by large terraces. The house is located in a quiet area on the edge of a green park at the back of the house. There is also a small garden for private use with a parking space for one car.
The apartment for rent, with approx. 80 sqm of usable space, is on the first floor. The holiday apartment has two double bedrooms (the beds are 1.50 m wide and 1.90 m long), a complete, spacious bathroom with shower (water column), WC, bidet, wall-mounted heater, built-in washbasin and furniture. A second bathroom with toilet, built-in washbasin and furniture, a spacious living room with dining area, a well-furnished terrace with wonderful views of the inland, and a modern, independent, excellently furnished and fully equipped kitchen, cozy, with good storage options. The kitchen is spacious and has a work island as an additional work surface. The work surfaces are made of granite.
Inside there are marble floors, which are particularly easy to clean. All windows are equipped with double glazing, blinds, and mosquito nets.
You will find everything in the apartment that you need for a very comfortable stay. The furnishings of the house are very extensive, modern, and of high quality.
There you will also find what you need for the beach (sun umbrella, beach towels).
It is an excellent apartment, carefully furnished so that guests feel comfortable there. For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans, which provide pleasant, healthy cooling.
For the winter season, central heating is also available if necessary.
Additionally, there is a wonderful 80 sqm roof terrace at your disposal, located directly above your apartment, with a magnificent view of the hinterland and the beautiful urbanization.
This terrace is a wonderful solarium in every season. In the summer months, when the temperatures are very high, the rooftop terrace is especially pleasant in the early hours of the morning and in the late afternoon. In cooler times, the rooftop terrace is an ideal solarium. For safety, the rooftop terrace is enclosed with a wall, so that you can enjoy privacy at the same time.
Additionally, there is also a basement, in which we have a so-called "machine room." There is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing system and ironing board, clotheslines, as well as laundry detergent, which you can use at no additional cost.
The house is furnished with great care. Of course, we assume that you will occupy the house in a respectful manner.
The car can be parked on the street, directly in front of the house, free of charge. Additional equipment:

Urbanisation La Marina belongs to the city of San Fulgencio, south of Alicante. It is located on the southern Costa Blanca, an ideal place for a beach holiday with plenty of sun.
Nearby, there are various shopping centers, as well as restaurants, a few public swimming pools, sports facilities, something for every taste.
The urbanisation is characterized by beautiful low houses. There are no skyscrapers. The apartment is located in one of the best climate zones in Spain with an average of about 300 to 320 sunny days per year.
It is approximately 3.4 km from the sandy beach of La Marina and about 5 km from the natural park Las Salinas de Santa Pola. We are surrounded by a beautiful mountain panorama.
It is a quiet place. In the urbanization, you will find most shops, a German supermarket, a German bakery, restaurants of all kinds, doctors, pharmacies, all within 250 to 800 m. The nearest large supermarket is about 300 meters from the house, as are many restaurants and shops.
A large shopping center with Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, an English supermarket, and many other stores is about 1600 meters away. There is also an open-air market twice a week. A few public swimming pools with a restaurant and music.
Tennis courts, mini-golf among others.
The sandy beaches of La Marina are only about a 5-minute drive away. The beach holds the Blue Flag for the highest water quality.
Pine forests, dunes, and salt lagoons stretch along the coast from Santa Pola to La Marina and Guardamar de Segura.

It is an ideal starting point for trips to several cities like Alicante, Benidorm, and many others.
A trip to the surrounding cities is a pleasant experience for guests. For golf enthusiasts, this area offers optimal opportunities with several golf courses.
La Marina, internationally popular due to its mild, stable climate and many sunny days.

Everything wonderful
We had a wonderful time here. The apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we lacked nothing. The apartment has a great location, and you can also easily reach some places on foot (shopping, restaurants, bars). We got to meet the owner personally, and we were really welcomed very warmly. A very, very nice and loving lady. During our stay, we had a problem with the shower faucet; it broke. Such things happen. But Ms. Dolores immediately took care of a handyman, and everything was repaired the next day. Thank you very much again for that. The service and the contact were truly fabulous. We would love to come back.

Again with pleasure
It was a very beautiful vacation. Everything fit perfectly. Even the greeting from the landlords was very friendly and warm. They place great importance on their guests feeling comfortable and enjoying their vacation. The apartment is very spacious, was very clean and fully furnished. We didn't miss anything. Due to the good location of the apartment, there are no long distances.

Again and again
It was an absolutely perfect vacation.
The landlords are incredibly nice, attentive, trustworthy, and warm. It almost feels like coming home.
The apartment itself has a very high level of security and is equipped with everything you need for a good vacation and more. The air conditioning was newly installed this year and was absolutely perfect for this hot weather. All necessary shopping facilities are nearby, and the sea is also quickly reached. There is ample parking available. We will definitely come back and say thank you again to the Rodriguez family ??

Simply perfect
I have to say that I was thrilled with the holiday right from the start.
It started with the booking request, which was answered within two hours and was absolutely uncomplicated.
Let's start with the house, I myself have lived in La Marina for a long time and therefore know the prices for holiday flats of all sizes. The price for this house is unbeatable. The flat is very large and spacious, the furnishings are absolutely complete and leave nothing to be desired, be it in the kitchen, the bathroom or the living room.
A huge roof terrace of over 80 square metres was part of the use, as well as the necessary furniture such as loungers, tables and so on.
When entering the house for the first time, one immediately noticed the cleanliness of the floor, which was completely made of marble.
The location of the house is relatively central in La Marina, two of the shopping and eating out centres are both indirectly nearby.
A large supermarket of consumption, a German supermarket, a huge Chinese market, and many many restaurants, bars and other service providers such as hairdressers, opticians and so on are all within four minutes walking distance.
From the roof terrace you can see the sea on one side, the desert on the left, and the whole urbanisation on the right.
The hostess, Mrs Dolores and her husband, immediately make you feel as if you are meeting old friends again, so it is up to you whether you want to have a glass of wine together in the evening or whether you want to be private. Mrs Dolores goes to great lengths to make everything to the guests' satisfaction. We were there during the heatwave and the fans in every room reached their limit quickly, but an air conditioner will probably follow, according to Mrs. Dolores.
All in all, I can only say that if you want to have a good time, take this house. Jörg Schulze.
