The well maintained private 80m² CASA DEL MAR is located on a quiet corner lot.
You can enjoy the sun all day long ... on the beautiful ground-level property or on the magnificent upper sun terrace with cozy conservatory.
The living and sleeping areas are all on the lower level.
In the immediate vicinity are 2 wonderful COMMUNAL POOLS, for our guests free of charge and available all year round.
For cozy barbecues there is a BBQ on the property.
The property is surrounded by a wall or fenced and all windows and doors are typically Spanish secured by bars, the windows have blinds and mosquito nets.
There is WIFI and TV (German, Spanish and English programs).
Air conditioning to cool and warm.
You can park on the property (carport), or directly in front of the house.
In the urbanization La Marina there are ... banks, doctors, veterinarians, opticians, restaurants, bistros, and many different shops more.
Between the house and the beach is a shopping area 5 minutes away entfert, here you will also find supermarkets such as Lidl, Mercadona, Iceland and others
Weekly markets are available in La Marina on Thursdays and Sundays and almost every day in different locations up to 15km.

The CASA DEL MAR is located in urbanization LA Marina, there are no skyscrapers :), close to Guardamar del Segura, Elche, Santa Pola and Torrevieja.
In 10-15 minutes on foot, or faster by car, you can reach a selection of good and cheap restaurants and bistros.
You can make small walks in the green from the house, or in a few minutes more extensive on the beautiful beaches, the dunes or in the pine forests.
The sprawling beaches of Guardamar del Segura and La Marina are just a few minutes drive away. Parking is free on our beaches.
Playa La Marina is 2km long and about 50m wide, it has the blue flag, the seal of quality for the best water quality, safety and environmental protection.
Also reachable in a few minutes is the beach Los Tusales, long and 60m wide, here nudist is possible.
Alicante Airport 30 minutes drive.
5 minutes drive from La Marina Pueblo.
Guardamar del Segura 10 minutes drive.
Moose, Santa Pola, Torrevieja 15 minutes drive.
Murcia 1 hour by car.
