Our penthouse apartment captivates with a 20 sqm roof terrace where you can enjoy both the maritime traffic on the North Sea and sunsets. The light-flooded, modernly equipped apartment is located on the 4th floor above the rooftops of Schillig. An elevator is available.
The apartment is 70 sqm, has one bedroom (2 people), and a living/dining area. It is designed for 2-3 people. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed and is therefore also available as a sleeping spot (1 person). There is also the possibility to provide a crib for a toddler.
In the summer, you can watch the activities of the kite surfers while enjoying a cool drink. The apartment has a side sea view.
During the cold winter days, the wood-burning stove makes the apartment your comfort oasis.
A beach chair is available for you free of charge on the beach. The apartment is equipped with 2 TVs and a Blu-Ray player. Free Wi-Fi available.
The apartment features a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, kettle, new dishes, and glasses. Board games are available.
The apartment includes a free car parking space.

Location and surroundings of object
The accommodation is located in the North Sea resort Friesland Mellumweg - Inselstrasse, Schillig.
There is only the dyke between the flat house and the beach. The bathing beach is 200 m away.
Shopping facilities, street cafés and restaurants are in the direct vicinity and are no further than 200 m away.
The adventure playground and surf school are also just a stone's throw away from our flat
Schillig is a quiet, small but fine seaside resort directly on the North Sea
Due to its special location, you will find the same stimulating climate here as on the East Frisian islands.
With its long sandy beach sloping gently into the sea, Schillig is ideal for a holiday with the whole family.
Children will find ideal conditions for building castles or splashing around in knee-deep water. The adventure playground located directly on the beach also invites you to play.
Those who prefer a more tranquil setting can rent a beach chair or find "their" spot in the extensive dunes and enjoy the view of the wide open sea.
Mudflat walks, cycling or kiting and surfing round off the offer for an eventful holiday.

Everything is great.
We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment. Very well equipped! The balcony is a "dream." Since the weather during our week was very mixed, a doormat in front of the balcony door would have been very helpful. One wanted to watch ships again right after the rain shower, and it takes a while for the balcony to dry. Schillig is much nicer than expected, the beach is simply great. Neuharlingersiel can't keep up. Those who want peace and nature are well placed here. One looks forward to a reunion next year.

Very nice location. Very nice apartment. Very lovingly furnished. And not to forget!! The beach chair!! Mega!!
Top location! Been to Schillig for the first time. Usually always somewhere else at the North Sea. Super area!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung
We spent a few lovely days in the holiday apartment. The large south-facing balcony is very nice with a wonderful panoramic view. The amenities and location are very good. The beach is within 200 m. Clear recommendation.
