Description
Our holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 4 people; additionally, two small children (up to 2 years old) can sleep in our baby travel beds. Pets are not allowed.
"FERIENHAUS FORESTA" – here you will spend your vacation in a modern and exclusive holiday residence that guarantees a relaxing stay in any weather and at any time of year. The advantageous location of the semi-detached house – slightly elevated, sunny, with a view and privacy – offers a beautiful view of the castle park, and thanks to the large, surrounding garden (300 m² facing southwest), the neighboring houses are at a pleasant distance.
You will find the beds made up, and we also provide towel sets. The sauna and the year-round heated outdoor whirlpool are available for your exclusive use and make the house your personal wellness oasis. In our fitness room you can keep fit even on vacation.
Free SKY TV in the living area, high-speed VDSL internet/Wi-Fi, and the good technical equipment complete the exclusive amenities.
Family-friendly means for us: baby travel cot as well as high chair and stair gate are free of charge. Numerous books, DVDs, and games guarantee entertainment!
The holiday home is suitable for allergy sufferers, as no pets have slept on the couch or in any bed before. You play rounds of golf at Golfclub Fleesensee with a 10% discount; we provide two pull trolleys free of charge.

The exclusive location away from through roads and close to the golf course guarantees you pure relaxation.
A child-friendly speed limit of 30 km/h applies throughout the entire village.
Here in "Land Fleesensee" there are many leisure opportunities: 5 golf courses, tennis, water sports, swimming at the sandy beach, swimming, fitness and wellness at Aquafun Fleesensee, hiking and cycling. In the village there are restaurants, a mini-market, an organic farm shop, a laundromat, various outlet shops, a bicycle rental, as well as a go-kart rental.
In Malchow (5 km), Röbel (10 km), and Waren (17 km) you will find further shopping opportunities.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant can cancel the lease in writing at any time before the start of the tenancy. In this case, the landlord will claim compensation. For a cancellation up to the 61st day before the start of the rental period, a flat processing fee of €60.00 will be charged. If a rental prepayment has already been made, the remaining amount will be refunded. For a cancellation up to the 31st day before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental amount (rent excluding final cleaning and tourist tax) will be refunded. From the 30th day before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount (rent excluding final cleaning and tourist tax) is due. Any amounts already paid (for final cleaning, linen sets, tourist tax, and deposit) will be refunded. If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, without a cause for extraordinary termination attributable to the landlord due to serious breach of duty, the tenant remains obligated to pay the full rental price. The declaration of withdrawal or termination can only be made in writing. The relevant date is the date the declaration is received by the landlord.

Holiday home to feel good
We had been looking forward to this well-deserved holiday for so long. Just chilling out. And we were not to be disappointed. The house was super clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We used the fitness room a lot and then relaxed in the whirlpool! On cooler evenings we sat by the fireplace with a nice glass of wine! Thank you very much for this great holiday home. It was really hard for us to part with it.

Arrive and feel good
Everyone gets their money's worth in this holiday home. We enjoyed the 2 weeks very much. The holiday home is beautifully and modernly furnished. The whirlpool in the garden was our highlight. Since it was just Champignons League, the son could watch Sky with enthusiasm. Everything was in good condition and the garden is very well kept. We will gladly come back and can recommend the holiday home without reservation.
