Very nice and comfortable non-smoking apartment for 2, max also plus 1 child up to 11 years, with separate bedroom, no pets! Arrival and departure from June - end of September on all days except Saturday! ! ! !
The truly high-quality and comfortable holiday apartment for non-smokers on the upper floor of a two-story extension of a spa style villa, consisting of an entrance foyer, bright living/dining room with a beautiful kitchen (dishwasher, microwave with baking function, freezer, automatic coffee machine), separate bedroom, dining area, shower room with window, satellite TV, radio/CD player, internet access (Wi-Fi). Bedroom with double bed, shower/toilet, beautiful balcony with awning for shade, facing south/southwest. For guests, the following are available at no additional cost: a parking space in the underground garage, wireless LAN internet access, and seasonally a beach chair on the almost endless Baltic Sea beach, which invites you to linger not only on sunny days. A bicycle storage room, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for communal use. Pets are not allowed. The comfort apartment Homas is for max. 2 adults + max 1 child up to 11 years.
One can reach the nearby shops and restaurants on foot in just a few minutes, so that one really doesn't need to move the car.

Our centrally located yet quiet house is right by the forest edge, but only about 230 meters from the beach. One can truly relax and let their soul dangle here. Let your gaze wander over the gardens to the horizon and enjoy the sun on the balcony until the evening. The well-maintained property has a spacious outdoor area with a garden and benches, a large underground garage where you can also find the bicycle cellar and the communal laundry drying room. The seaside resort of Bansin is one of the three Imperial Spas on the island of Usedom. Here begins the quieter section of the approximately 42 km long sandy beach that lines the coast of the island. Over the past 20 years, Bansin has developed very pleasantly. The popular pier also serves as a docking point for passenger shipping to Rügen, Hiddensee, and across to nearby Świnoujście and Szczecin in Poland.

| The listed rental prices apply for occupancy by max. 2 persons (additional persons on request). Visitor's tax according to season and personal status from 1.70 to 3.30 € / night. With the spa card, all buses in the 3-Emperor Baths can be used for free. We offer our guests a comfort package so that upon arrival the beds are made and towels are ready. This package can be booked for only 12.50 € / person. From mid-May to mid-September, we do not offer Saturday as an arrival day. We cannot achieve the desired cleanliness then, and it benefits our guests greatly if they can travel the last kilometers on the island quickly. We require a deposit of 250 euros for these high-quality apartments, which will be refunded to a specified account within 3 banking days after departure, provided everything is left undamaged and tidy (see our rental conditions). |

We do not offer our apartment from mid-June to mid-September from / to Saturday, neither for arrival nor for departure. This way, we can maintain much better cleaning quality and spare our enthusiastic guests long traffic jams on the island on the day of arrival and departure. Even if it is offered on the portal, we decline arrival and departure then.
The cleaning alone is charged at a one-time fee of 62,- €. We offer an optional comfort package, so that upon arrival the beds are made, and the kitchen and towels are ready. This service costs only 12.50 € / person one-time and is only possible by pre-order.

Holiday Apartment "Homas"
The greatest advantage is the proximity to the beach. The vacation apartment "Homas" is very cozy and decorated with great attention to detail and very clean. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. It is ideal for 2 people and also suitable for teenagers through Wi-Fi ;)

Perfect
A distinctly cozy and comfortable apartment! We would have loved to stay longer. This year, we came to Usedom for the second time and were allowed to vacation in this perfect apartment in the spring. Now we walked through the door on the first day and felt at home. Thank you very much!!

It doesn't get any more perfect.
We were in Bansin for the first time over the New Year, and in the most beautiful apartment we have had in 14 years. Everything fits here, the furnishings are perfect, the decor is so full of love for detail, the wall decorations, and much more. We were thrilled and will return, then again when we can go to the beach again.
