Location and surroundings of object

The city center of Denia is aprox. 2,3 km away. The nearest beach is aprox. 2 km away. The nearest shopping facilities are about 2 km away, a LIDL and a big CONSUM supermarket. The nearest bar is 650m away from the house. They also serve breakfast and in the summertime you can buy in the morning fresh bread and pastry and have a drink and some tapas on the terrace till late at night. 1100 m away from the house you find a nice restaurant with sun terrace, a 3 course meal with beverage they serve for € 9,50. In Denia you have a modern hospital and English speaking doctors. Denia is located on the northern Costa Blanca exactly in the middle of the Spanish cultural cities of Alicante and Valencia and is known for its beautiful, over 20 km long and wide sandy beaches that invite visitors with more than 300 sunny days a year, not only for bathing. Denia is a picturesque seaside town on the Mediterranean with Mediterranean charm, nestled in a beautiful landscape and has - thanks to the special situation - the recognized best climate in Europe. Great house and great hosts

We were in Denia for the first time at the end of March/beginning of April at Villa Pastor. We really liked the house, location, and garden. The house is very well equipped, and you can feel the generosity of the hosts not only with the welcome drinks but also with the kitchen supplies and basic cooking ingredients. The service was excellent and very personalized. The weather unfortunately didn't cooperate during our time, so we couldn't make full use of the outdoor facilities. But maybe we can make up for it another time.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

We stayed at the beautiful Villa Pastor in March and felt very comfortable there. The house is furnished as beautifully as shown in the photos and description. The kitchen and bathrooms are really equipped with everything you need and more. In addition, the entire house is exceptionally clean!!! The welcome and care provided by the Pickel family is perfect. There was an answer or help available at all times and for any question. Many tips for the area were also provided on top. During our stay, we already looked at another villa for next year, as Villa Pastor was already fully booked for our period. We are already looking forward to Villa Laurenz. We can highly recommend these houses and the landlords and are already looking forward to more vacations in these beautiful houses!!!

Simply great the house! Highly recommended!

Hello dear Picke family and prospective renters,
we spent 14 days of vacation in the beautiful and well-kept Villa Pastor.
Everything was great, the support service from Maximilian was top-notch! He always provided us with great tips for excursions and markets via What's App.
The house is located in a quiet area about 10 minutes from the town of Denia. We rented bikes and were able to easily reach the city to eat and enjoy the beach by the sea. The house is at the latest and most modern level. With a very beautiful garden of palm trees and cacti. We have been to Denia four times in various houses, but this was the best house. Highly recommended. We will gladly come back again!!

More than we had expected.

When we arrived, it was cold, stormy, and rainy. But on the third day of our long vacation, the sun was shining. This continued for all but a few days. We explored Denia, the beach, and the surrounding area. We also grew to love all of this a little bit. What made our vacation truly carefree, however, was the care provided by you, dear Pickel family. The inquiry about everything being okay already shows that guests are not just paying contract partners. Or taking care of a problem. Not: we'll come by tomorrow, no, a solution was provided immediately! Regular tips and appointments via SMS always kept us informed about what is going on in Denia. Thank you very much for the excellent support. You added the finishing touch to a wonderful holiday.

Wonderful holiday in a high-quality furnished house

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

We stayed at Villa Pastor from the end of September to the beginning of October for 2 1/2 weeks. Very friendly and helpful host. The key handover worked perfectly on a Sunday afternoon. The house is very clean and nicely decorated, and from the upper terrace, you have a view of the city, the harbor, and the sea. A quiet, spacious, and well-equipped holiday home with a clean and well-maintained pool area. Restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping options are nearby.
Dogs are also welcome.
We will gladly come back.

Dear Pickel family,
Thank you for the wonderful stay at Villa Pastor. It is a beautiful large house with a lovely pool and stunning mountain views. Comfortable sunbeds are placed around the pool. It was also delightful to sit outside in the shade. The interior is tastefully decorated with air conditioning in all rooms, 2 bathrooms, and beautiful bedrooms with terraces. The house is well-equipped and spacious. The location is about 10 minutes from the beach and within walking distance of the village. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Great detached holiday house with perfect amenities

My wife and I spent 3 wonderful months at Villa Pastor.
The villa is located in a very quiet residential area. The facilities and cleanliness are simply perfect.

Dreamlike holiday

Dear Pickel family,
we enjoyed our summer holiday 2018 in Villa Pastor very much. The friendly and quick booking process and answering of our questions made us feel well looked after. The house is wonderfully located, a car on site is an advantage. The furnishings are very tasteful, well maintained and fully met our needs. Holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired

Hello Pickel Family,
we spent our summer holiday in 2017 at "Villa Pastor" in Denia and were completely satisfied. The holiday home left nothing to be desired, from the furnishings to the equipment, everything was super clean. Even in the hot nights, we were able to sleep well thanks to the good mattresses and the quietly functioning air conditioning. Thanks to the pool, we didn't have to go to the beach every day, and we could go swimming without getting covered in sand afterwards. The town and the beach are not far by car, we didn't even try to walk. The location on the hill is ideal due to the wind and the peace. The on-site support is also unique, top-notch. We were completely convinced by the "Villa Pastor" and will definitely come back if it's available. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in Denia, which hopefully we can spend again in the "Villa Pastor."

Super Ausstattung

Perfect accommodation in a prime location.

Due to the poor snow conditions in the winter sports areas of the Alps, shortly before Christmas, we decided to switch sports and flew to the Costa Blanca for a few days of road cycling. The Villa Pastor in Denia provided the perfect accommodation. Everything is very good, of the best quality, and tastefully furnished. The space in the house and the fantastic view did the rest to make us feel comfortable all around and recover from the beautiful but strenuous road bike tours.

Ein Paradis in Denia

For our stay at Villa Pastor, we give it the full 5 stars. The house exceeded our expectations and provided us with a wonderful autumn vacation. The villa is modern and equipped with everything one could desire. For two people, we had plenty of space and were able to settle in comfortably. The spacious garden with a pool also invited us to relax, and we were able to enjoy the Spanish autumn sun. We are already looking forward to our next vacation at Villa Pastor.

Wunderschönes Haus

Hello dear Pickel family,
we are already long-time guests or "repeat offenders" in your houses. It is always a joy to move in there and feel comfortable. This was also the case in May together with friends.
