Description
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with one double bed with separate mattresses and Air Conditioning in each of the bedrooms. The living / dining room is comfortably furnished and equipped with satellite TV, radio / CD and air conditioning. In the bathroom / WC with a washing machine. A porch invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove, a separate electric grill, microwave and fridge freezer.
The Villa Jaguar consists of 2 units, wherein the upper housing only the private use of it and is not inhabited in the rent.
The large palm garden invites you to relax, the beds are provided for your convenience. To cool down you jump in the pool with a separate wading own distinct for the little ones. The shower can be found next to the pool. On brick barbecue with seating area you will spend wonderful barbecues.
The non-visible garden with pool and deck surfaces is reserved only for you.

Our Villa Jaguar is ideal for an individual vacation. It is located in a quiet warehouse at the nature reserve Montgo, the mountain of Denia at the end of a quiet street, yet just a few minutes drive from Standtzentrum Denia and the kilometer-long rocky and sandy beach.

Wellness oasis
We enjoyed our vacation in your house! (Unfortunately, the weather was not so great during this time). The reception was very warm and professional, as was the departure. The location and the dreamlike property make us want to come back!

Holiday under palm trees
It was simply a dream, this beautiful garden with many flowers and palm trees is certainly unique. To swim undisturbed in the pool, to be everywhere without being seen from the outside. The house has been completely renovated, everything furnished with the latest technology and a lot of attention to detail. Even our small dog, who we have with us, feels very comfortable. The highlight every evening is the beautiful sunsets that can be seen super from here. Great hikes can be taken directly from the house into the hinterland and neighboring villages. All in all, a beautiful vacation.

Hiking / motorbike holiday
We are very enthusiastic about this beautiful place and the wonderful surroundings around Denia.
With great weather in April, we enjoyed terrific hiking and motorbike tours.

A relaxing holiday that far exceeded all our expectations
... a dreamlike palm garden with a great pool - hardly visible / perfect for nudists - with heated outdoor shower, where you can shiver with a view of the rising sun.... what moments of happiness... we immediately fell in love with this place... in addition the beautiful house that blends into the landscape benevolently... in the background the imposing mountain range of the national park.... those who love the sun can enjoy it all day long... but those who prefer the shade will find it thanks to the perfect arrangement of the ancient palm trees in the garden, distributed among oleanders, strelitzias, hibiscus etc. ... the house, built and furnished in the local style and equipped with everything, conveys a sensual, contemplative calm....
We are also enthusiastic about Denia itself .... long sandy beaches... Rocky beaches invite you to snorkel ... there is plenty of space for privacy everywhere... great restaurants, whether in the old town on the beach or the marina.
In the hinterland and also on the coast there are varied hikes - there are also brilliant routes for motorbike tours with serpentines in the mountain landscape. E-bikes can be rented at "Ring Ring" in Denia.
Full marks from us in all respects.... thank you very much... we will definitely be back in Villa Jaguar soon...

Wohlfühloase
Wieder geht ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Villa Jaguar zu Ende. Wir haben uns in Denia und die Villa Jaguar verliebt, wir kommen wieder (alle guten Dinge sind ja 3 ☺️)! Vielen Dank auch für die nette Betreuung vor Ort

Great house with beautiful garden and pool
We spent this year's holiday in Villa Jaguar with our two children and it was really great!
The house is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen and one bedroom have a great view of the palm garden and the sea. The conservatory is a great place to have breakfast, surrounded by palm trees.
The garden with the many shady palm trees and the large pool is of course the highlight of Villa Jaguar and a dream. Our children would have loved to spend all their time here
The harbour, the old town and the beach of Denia are only 5-10 minutes away by car. Lidl etc. is also nearby, but you definitely need a car! Other excursion destinations are also easy to reach from here...
All in all, an absolutely successful and relaxing holiday!
We can unreservedly recommend Villa Jaguar!

Kleines Paradies mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten
Meine Frau und ich verbrachten 3 Wochen im Paradies der Villa Jaguar. Es war Erholung pur. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gut sortiert eingerichtet und alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Palmengarten mit Pool ist ein Paradies und eine sehr wohltuende Ruheoase. Der Standort eignet sich sowohl für Strandurlaube, für Wanderausflüge ins bergige Hinterland, als auch für kulturelle Entdeckungsreisen , wie z.B. nach Altea, Alicante oder Valencia.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Lage
Wir verbrachten mit unserem kleinen Sohn einen super erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa Jaguar. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Montgo Nationalparks und ca. 5 Autominuten vom Stadtkern in Denia entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Für Kinder ist der Pool das Highlight, er hat einen kleinen abgetrenten Kleinkindbereich und eine Poolrutsche. Wenn es nach unserem Kleinen gegangen wäre hätten wir 14 Tage am Pool verbracht. Die Villa Jaguar ist auch ein idealer Startpunkt für Ausflüge wie z.B. die Höhle bei Les Rotes, das Castello oder Ausflüge zum Montogo.
