Description
The house is 90m2 with a terrace and a balcony and has about 70m2 of living space.
On the ground floor are the dining and living area, the kitchen, a utility room and a guest toilet. The couch is extendable and it could additionally sleep 2 guests. The ground floor also has air conditioning. In the simply equipped kitchen you will find an espresso maker for the stove and a French press, tea, enough crockery, cutlery, pots, spices, salt, sugar.
Upstairs there is a smaller bedroom with a single bed. If a second child wants to stay overnight, you can pull out a mattress under the bed in this bedroom. The bathroom on the upper floor adjoins directly to the larger bedroom, which has a double bed (180x200m) and a large balcony with fantastic views of the mountain and the pool. In the large bedroom there is a new air conditioning, in the small bedroom a pedestal fan.
Children are welcome! Since we use this house with our two children, we provide our guests with children free of charge like the following things: travel cot for children (120x60) with a 10cm high and continuous mattress, games box, high chair for infants from 8 months-4 years, lots of toys for the beach and pool (including a swimming ring with a use for babies), children's crockery and cutlery.
For the beach you will find in the house two comfortable beach chairs, which can also be provided as a beach chair, a parasol with sand nail and various beach games. Please bring beach towels with you.
This apartment is ideal for 3 adults or a family with 1 child. A second child is of course very welcome, but then would have to sleep on a mattress on the floor. The sun shines on the terrace from afternoon to evening. Through an awning can still be wonderful with a cool drink sitting on the terrace while watching the kids in the pool ;-). In the pool, swimmers and non-swimmers are separated.
The house is part of the small and cozy urbanization La Karina with a total of 23 houses, which are arranged around the lawn and the pool. The urbanization is separated by a fence from the street (dead end), so children can move freely here. Your car stands on a private and covered parking.

Location and surroundings of object
Denia is an absolute pearl on the Mediterranean! Approximately 1 century BC This formerly Roman city with its large natural harbor was named for the first time in the 3rd century BC. In the 8th century, the Moors built a beautiful Castillo, which today offers an incomparable view of the entire city and the harbor. In Denia live today about 40000 inhabitants. The natural harbor divides the coast in Denia in a 20km long sandy beach on one side and in many wildly rugged and picturesque bays on the other side. Swimmers and families with toddlers as well as snorkeling and diving fans get their money's worth. The sea shimmers in deep turquoise, blue and green tones. Even in high season you can still find secluded spots on this long stretch of beach. The mountain Montgo (750m) can be climbed in 4-5h ;-). You can walk in the hinterland in the Jalontal in a very picturesque way and after the hike you can taste a glass of wine in the famous Bodega. Who likes swimming and hiking drives on hot days to the Fuentes del Algar. Here you can hike in a huge stream and swim in the natural pools. The water here is cooler than in the sea and therefore very refreshing. Also great to hike on the Isla de la Portichol with great views of the bays of Denia and Javea.
Denia also has a lot to offer in culinary terms. For the small town there are an amazing number of restaurants. Whether in a simple bar with fresh tapas or with aspiring (and thus still affordable) top chefs or in the 3-star restaurant (Quique Dacosta) - the enjoyment is not too short!

Every Friday at the market hall a weekly market takes place on the fruit and vegetables from the region and also be offered in organic quality. It is worthwhile here to enjoy the atmosphere and to stock up on fresh vitamins. In the market hall next door you can find fresh fish from Denia and meat from the region.

Winter vacation
We had a relaxing vacation in January! The temperatures were around 15 - 18 degrees. The house was well-stocked and clean. You need a car for our needs. Recommended for the summer months. Ideal for a family with two children.

Liebe Anne, es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in Deinem schönen Ferienhaus. Es fehlte einfach an nichts. Der Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight.Morgens wie spät ( und dann beleuchtet)

Einfach ein Traun
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei der Eigentümerschaft und der Reinigungskraft. Das Haus ist perfekt für entspannte Ferien. Es fehlt an absolut gar nichts....das beste rundum Paket seit 30 Jahren Denia Ferien. Wir können das Haus von Herzen weiter empfehlen. Und die Besitzer kann ich ebenfalls nur in den höchsten Tönen loben. Trotz Corona und entsprechend kurszfristiger und frühzeitiger Abreise ist man uns entgegen gekommen. un très bon séjour
La location correspond exactement aux photos. Nous avons été au calme pendant 2 semaine. La piscine est très agréable.
La maison est très propre et bien équipée, il manquerait juste la climatisation dans la chambre enfants mais sinon c'était parfait. Les échanges avec les propriétaires furent très agréables, quelle gentillesse!
La maison est très bien située pour les plages les visites et les ballades à Dénia.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus
Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen in Denia absolut genossen. Die Wohnung ist Teil einer schönen Anlage mit super Pool und traumhaftem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Ausstattung hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, es war wirklich alles vorhanden was wir als Familie gebrauchen konnten (Hochstuhl, Babybett, jede Menge (Strand-)Spielzeug, Sonnenschirm, Liegestühle etc... ) Tolle Küchenausstattung und gute Aufteilung der Räume. Wir waren wirklich rundum happy, haben jeden Tag im Pool gebadet und auf der Terasse zu Abend gegessen. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Wild war auch super freundlich und direkt, wir haben viele sehr wertvolle Tipps für Denia und die Umgebung erhalten. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen bzw. die Wohung weiterempfehlen - vor allem an Familien!
