This villa is has three different kind of apartments. There is a ground floor apartment composed by one bedroom with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a third "hidden" pull out bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with wc, wash basin and a shower. The ground floor apartment has a direct access to the garden.
The first floor apartment has a bedrooom with a double bed and a single bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, modern kithcn, a bathroom, a balcony.
The apartment on the second floor has one bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a third single bed, living room with a sofa bed, modern kitchen, bathroom and very special and totaly private roof terrace with a barbecue.

The area around Duna Verde is wonderful to explore by bicycle. It is possible to rent a bicycles in the center.
There is a nice market near the beach every Wednesday morning.
The first playground is just over the street.
There is also a public swimming pool in less then 10 minutes by foot.
Only 1 km from Villa Santorini is possible to play a golf.
Duna Verde is ideal departure point to visit Venice which is 55 km from Duna Verde. Other interesting cities to visit are Treviso, Padua and Trieste.
Villa Santorini is situated 9 km from Caorle, in Duna Verde, which is a popular beach location among families. Villa Santorini is in the middle of a big yard of 1500m2 and 400 meters from the beach. Pedestrian zone, restaurants and shops are within less then 10 minutes by foot from Villa Santorini.

für diesen preis ist die wohnung ok, es hat alles was man braucht, einen grossen garten zum benützen mit spielplatz und pergola und nahe am strand gelegen, ausserdem war es sauber geputzt und die wohnung ist neu, es hat bei jedem bett eine lampe, gegenüber der strasse gibt es genügend parkplätze gratis. es ist eine sehr familienfründliche umgebung, überall sind ferienwohnungen und häuser mit familien und es ist ruhig in der nacht. zu fuss erreicht man das dorfzentrum mit läden, märkte, restaurants, lunapark, obst und gemüsefrischverkauf so wie den strand der sehr sauber schön und lang ist. venedig erreicht man in ca 1h mit dem auto, ist sehr sehenswert aber natürlich teuer im restaurant kommt dann zum menupreis noch einiges dazu (abzocker!) parkplätze sind im august pumpevoll und teuer, was uns etwas geschockt hat, sind vor venedig wo die industriezone ist, gab es um die mittagszeit etliche prostituierte an der strasse... die wohnung hat eine klimaanlage, wenns warm wird, doch hatten wir nicht so heiss drinnen.
zu bemängeln sind nur kleinigkeiten: es hat kein wc papier halter, keine frottiertuchhalter, ausser ein paar hacken am radiator, keine zahngläser oder seife, kein tuch oder teppich im bad, der boden wird schnell nass wenn ein paar geduscht haben, die matrazen sind wohl die billigsten, sehr weich mit federn, in der küche gibt es kein abwaschkorb und putz und lebensmittel muss man sich alles selber besorgen so wie die bettwäsche und frottiertücher, wenn man es nicht reserviert und bezahlt, auch kein küchentuch. ausserdem hat der fehrnseher die halbe zeit kein signal, was sehr mühsam ist. der garten ist voller moskitos, was es einaem fast unmöglich macht ohne schutz im garten zu sitzen.
im grossen und ganzen hatten wir eine gute zeit und alles was wir brauchten, wir waren 2 familien in der wohnung und für das ist es etwas eng, aber für eine familie ist die wohnung perfekt und zu dem preis, kann man sich nicht beklagen.
