Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful and exclusive Pra' delle Torri holiday resort, which is one of the top holiday resorts in Italy. The holiday village is located on the northern Adriatic coast, near the enchanting fishing village of Caorle. The 1 km long, gently sloping sandy beach is just a stone's throw away and can be easily reached on foot. The complex has a wonderful, large swimming pool complex, a guarantee for fun and action, several restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser, a shop for sports equipment, a bicycle hire service and an 18-hole golf course. Your entertainment is well catered for with a friendly entertainment team and evening entertainment. There is a Mini Club for the little ones and a Young Club for the older ones. There are also several playgrounds and a Luna Park for your children. Wifi can be used free of charge in the complex.
The beautiful and comfortable Mobilehome New Smart offers space for a maximum of 5 people (including 1 child up to the age of 12). The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds and a bunk bed. The accommodation has two bathrooms, each with a washbasin and WC, and one with a shower. The well-equipped kitchenette in the combined living and dining area has a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a typical Italian espresso pot and a fridge with freezer compartment. The furnished and covered seating area with two loungers invites you to relax and linger together, while the children can let off steam by the pool and make new friends. Air conditioning, a safe and a parking space are already included in the rental price. Bed linen and a first set of towels are also included. Barbecuing is permitted. A gas barbecue can also be hired on site if required. Families with small children also have the option of hiring a travel cot or high chair on site (please reserve both when booking). The journey time from the Italian border is approx. 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are possible from Sunday to Friday throughout the season (arrivals and departures on Saturday are not possible). In the period from 29.06.-23.08.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights. During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The 1 km long and wide sandy beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex has both a section with sun loungers and parasols available for hire and a large free sandy beach. The gently sloping sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. There are many water sports available to guests: surfing, sailing, canoeing, water skiing, water motorbikes and pedalos. There are also beach volleyball courts and a fitness zone for stretching on the beach. The ideal place to relax while sunbathing or enjoy one of the many sports activities. A quick snack can be taken in one of the two beach bars, which are open from morning to evening and offer an inviting, refreshingly tasty range. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.
POOL
The pool area is simply stunning: holidaymakers have 3 pools (two of which are heated) at their disposal (an Olympic pool, a semi-Olympic pool and a smaller pool). From mid-May to mid-September, the large water park is also open, which not only makes children's hearts beat faster but also offers a real experience for adults. With water slides, fountains, a "pirate ship" and underwater massage, the water park has many fun features. The whirlpool pool guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Tournaments, various games and sports lessons are organised every day. The team also organises aerobics, aquagym and dance classes. There is a mini club for children aged 5 to 12. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists. For teenagers there is a Young Club where they can try out many activities. Cabaret, games evenings and guest evenings are also organised every evening, followed by disco and/or dance evenings. There is a wide choice for those who want to do sports. Volleyball courts, football pitches, archery, table tennis, bowls, water sports (for a fee) and a large 18-hole golf course (for a fee) are available.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Enjoy a game of table tennis or test your strength and skill in the climbing park. You can also meet up with the whole family for a game of mini golf (for a fee). Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: tennis courts, football pitch, mini football pitch, beach volleyball, archery and a fitness centre. For youngsters aged 11 and over, there is also an activity park with lots of activities to try out. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme for each day, including stretching and water gymnastics. Wakeboarding, water skiing, sailing boats and canoes can be hired on the beach. Bicycle hire is also available.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a supermarket, shops with fresh fruit and vegetables, newspapers and tobacco products as well as sports equipment. There is also a hairdresser and a pharmacy in the centre of the holiday village.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a typical Italian espresso pot and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (it is not necessary to book in advance). If you would like to indulge yourself, the holiday complex has six restaurants, so there is sure to be something to suit every taste.

LOCATION
The holiday complex borders directly on the beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children. It is just a few minutes by car from Caorle, also known as "Little Venice".
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Duna Verde and Porto Santa Margherita are part of Caorle, but are located somewhat away from the town. Nevertheless, you will find everything you need in both villages. There is a great beach, many different restaurants, bars, cafés and discos, but you will also find shops in the villages. Duna Verde offers a lot of green space, which invites you to take leisurely walks or bike rides. Porto Santa Margherita is, as the name suggests, famous for its marina with over 1000 boats and is popular with tourists. Both towns have their own stretch of beach and are separated from the town of Caorle by the River Livenza. If you like visiting museums, you will find several in the towns and don't have to travel far to do so. Let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of the Caorle lagoon, which extends over 100 hectares of heath and moorland. The marvellous landscape is particularly beautiful to explore by bike. The picturesque centre of Caorle has retained the charm and magic of the ancient bourgeoisie. Caorle is a versatile town because the sea and the beach merge with history and traditions. It lies on the Adriatic Sea between Venice and Trieste and was founded 2000 years ago. The fishing harbour is located in the old town, which today has become a pedestrian zone. The old houses in lively pastel colours that line the alleyways and squares are reminiscent of the town's Venetian tradition and have a particularly enchanting atmosphere. The church of the Madonna dell'Angelo, located at the eastern tip of the promenade, is the symbol of the lake for the inhabitants of Caorle, who have lived from fishing for many centuries. If you want to plan an excursion with the whole family, we can recommend the Aquafollie water park in Caorle, where you will find white water rides, slides and various pools for all ages.
