Description
The family-friendly and modern accommodation is located in the fantastic Villaggio a Mare holiday complex in Caorle and is surrounded by greenery. The Villaggio a Mare holiday complex offers fun and entertainment as well as all the other amenities for children of all ages and their parents. There are plenty of palm trees and sun loungers with parasols around the fantastic pool area. The holiday village has several restaurants, a supermarket, a great playground and generally offers a great holiday atmosphere. Around the holiday complex you will find a golf course, tennis courts, a beautiful sandy beach and a small church. The beautiful old town of Caorle is just a few minutes' drive from Villaggio a Mare.
The pretty accommodation Bilo in Residence for max. 4 people is located either on the first or second floor. It consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a double sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen is also located in the living area and has crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. The accommodation comes with free satellite TV, a safe, air conditioning, a washing machine and a telephone. The balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Travel cots, high chairs, towels and bed linen are available for a fee (please reserve when booking). Barbecues are permitted in the flats with garden. A car park is included. In addition, in the 2024 season from 11.05.-15.09.2024 (approx.) you will receive a reserved beach place with a parasol and two sun loungers for the flat. Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 3.5h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 18.05.-13.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday (minimum stay is 7 nights). In the remaining period, arrival and departure is possible daily (minimum stay is 4 nights). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The long and wide sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away and has a section with sunbeds and parasols as well as a large free sandy beach. In addition, in the 2024 season from 11.05.-15.09.2024 (approx.) you will receive a reserved beach place with a parasol and two sun loungers with the flat. The gently sloping sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. There are several water sports facilities available to guests. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or enjoy one of the many sports activities. A quick snack can be enjoyed in one of the two beach bars, which are open from morning to evening and offer an inviting, refreshingly tasty range of dishes. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.
POOL
Holiday guests have access to a beautiful pool area with a great pool. There is a lovely children's pool with a water feature, an area for experienced swimmers and hydromassage benches. The large sunbathing area with loungers and parasols is surrounded by palm trees and ensures that you can relax and enjoy the sunny days.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The holiday complex hosts a great market one evening a week, where young and old can have fun! If there is a bad weather day, you can use the municipal indoor pool free of charge and don't have to miss out on swimming fun. Opposite the complex you will find various sports facilities such as football pitches, beach volleyball courts and a fitness centre, all of which are available to you free of charge. WiFi is also available free of charge at the pool and on the market square. In the beautiful and very well-maintained park, you will find a lovely children's playground, which will make the children's eyes light up.
LEISURE AND SPORT
There are various sports facilities around the resort: Gym, beach volleyball, football, surfing and sailing schools, tennis courts, a great golf course and, and, and. If you want to explore the area, we advise you to hire a bike at the resort and discover the beautiful nature around Caorle!
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items. There is also a bakery which will spoil you with freshly baked goods.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you want to indulge in culinary delights, we recommend the restaurant or the take-away pizzeria. If you want to enjoy a fresh drink afterwards, you can do so in the bar.

1 small pet is allowed on request. It is mandatory to inform the owner at the time of booking if you wish to bring a dog.

LOCATION
The holiday complex is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. You are also just a short distance from Caorle, Bibione and Venice.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Duna Verde and Porto Santa Margherita are part of Caorle, but are located slightly away from the town. Nevertheless, you will find everything you need in both villages. There is a great beach, many different restaurants, bars, cafés and discos, but you will also find shops in the villages. Duna Verde offers a lot of green space, which invites you to take leisurely walks or bike rides. Porto Santa Margherita is, as the name suggests, famous for its marina with over 1000 boats and is popular with tourists. Both towns have their own stretch of beach and are separated from the town of Caorle by the River Livenza. If you like visiting museums, you will find several in the towns and don't have to travel far to do so. Let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of the Caorle lagoon, which extends over 100 hectares of heath and moorland. The marvellous landscape is particularly beautiful to explore by bike. The picturesque centre of Caorle has retained the charm and magic of the ancient bourgeoisie. Caorle is a versatile town because the sea and the beach merge with its history and traditions. It lies on the Adriatic Sea between Venice and Trieste and was founded 2000 years ago. The fishing harbour is located in the old town, which today has become a pedestrian zone. The old houses in lively pastel colours that line the alleyways and squares are reminiscent of the town's Venetian tradition and have a particularly enchanting atmosphere. The church of the Madonna dell'Angelo, located at the eastern tip of the promenade, is the symbol of the lake for the inhabitants of Caorle, who have lived from fishing for many centuries. If you want to plan an excursion with the whole family, we can recommend the Aquafollie water park in Caorle, where you will find wild water rides, slides and various pools for all ages.
