Description
Surrounded by lush nature on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, between Venice and Trieste, the Villaggio San Francesco really does have everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Its large adventure pool and comprehensive service with activities of all kinds make a stay at this holiday resort a pleasure. Every evening, the team will ensure that your day on holiday comes to a wonderful end. The 500 metre long private beach invites you to relax. The resort also has a large number of different swimming pools, all of which can be used free of charge. The Centro Aquatico Garden pool complex is located right next to the holiday village. This swimming pool complex with water slides can be visited for an entrance fee. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.
The Happy Premium mobile home is modern, bright and comfortably furnished. The accommodation offers space for a maximum of 7 people including babies and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery, Italian espresso pot and a fridge with freezer compartment. The mobile home has a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin or a bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate WC. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Guests have 2 sun loungers and an electric barbecue at their disposal. Travel cots, high chairs, bed linen and air conditioning are also available for a fee (please reserve when booking). A car park is included. Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. Travelling time from Ital. Border approx. 3.5h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-06.09.2023 the arrival and departure day is Saturday and the minimum length of stay is 7 nights. In the period from 18 May to 28 June 2023, the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
On this beautiful stretch of coast you will find all the amenities and services of a modern holiday resort. Sun loungers and parasols (for hire), a spacious free sandy beach and a wide range of water sports facilities await you. Surf school, catamarans, water skiing, banana boats and parasailing are available to guests. The 'Panda' section of the beach also offers a shaded picnic area, beach volleyball and boccia.
POOL
Guests at Village San Francesco can enjoy a total of nine swimming pools surrounded by green pine forest. Designed to create the right balance between fun and relaxation. The swimming pools offer something for every guest. The Tropical Pool, overlooking the sea, is divided into a pool for adults and one for children. The Maxim and Residence Pool surprises with waterfalls and water features. The Penelope Pool is located near the chalets and is ideal for those who like to spend most of their time in the pool. Those who want even more can let off steam in the water park (for a fee) with its four pools, two slides, a whirlpool, games for children and gym facilities for adults.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
A whole range of entertainment programmes awaits you, adapted to the age and interests of the guests. At the Villagio San Francesco holiday complex, entertainment for young and old is already included. Enjoy your holiday by leaving everything to the professional entertainers. There are countless programmes at your disposal. Sports, fitness, excursions or dance classes, but also creative programmes for the little ones and interesting evening programmes are available to you. Younger guests are especially spoilt. The team offers entertainment for all ages and the resort has three different clubs: 1. Flinky Club from 3 to 8 years; 2. Teen Club from 9 to 12 years; 3. Be Free Club from 13 to 17 years.
RECREATION AND SPORT
Football, basketball, table tennis, volleyball and water polo tournaments are organised for young people aged 9 to 13 (Junior Club) and adults over 14. You can also take part in various courses: Windsurfing, sailing boat, tennis and swimming. The animation team proposes an exclusive programme with entertainment and fun for all tastes and ages. At the sports school you can enjoy a holiday dedicated to sport, practising at least 6 different disciplines and taking part in courses led by the best instructors. You can compete in competitions and other tournaments and enjoy the prize if you win. A varied fitness programme and dance classes await you at the resort.
SHOPPING
In the supermarket you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese and other groceries. The resort also has a bazaar with tobacco products, newspapers and souvenirs.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans. Shopping facilities are also close by. You can of course also make use of the half or full board service. You are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary). A wide range of typical regional dishes such as meat and fish specialities, pizzas and piadinas await you in one of the resort's restaurants. And afterwards you can treat yourself to a delicious ice cream in the ice cream parlour.

SPECIALS
A doctor is always available in the holiday village. The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are available. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as stated in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
The holiday complex is nestled in lush vegetation in Caorle and extends over an area of 320,000 square metres. It enchants with Mediterranean trees and plants. Due to its size, the resort offers both quiet and shady areas as well as more central spots. The 500 metre long, gently sloping private beach invites you to relax.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Duna Verde and Porto Santa Margherita are part of Caorle, but are located somewhat away from the town. Nevertheless, you will find everything you need in both villages. There is a great beach, many different restaurants, bars, cafés and discos, but you will also find shops in the villages. Duna Verde offers a lot of green space, which invites you to take leisurely walks or bike rides. Porto Santa Margherita is, as the name suggests, famous for its marina with over 1000 boats and is popular with tourists. Both towns have their own stretch of beach and are separated from the town of Caorle by the River Livenza. If you like visiting museums, you will find several in the towns and don't have to travel far to do so. Let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of the Caorle lagoon, which extends over 100 hectares of heath and moorland. The marvellous landscape is particularly beautiful to explore by bike. The picturesque centre of Caorle has retained the charm and magic of the ancient bourgeoisie. Caorle is a versatile town because the sea and the beach merge with its history and traditions. It lies on the Adriatic Sea between Venice and Trieste and was founded 2000 years ago. The fishing harbour is located in the old town, which today has become a pedestrian zone. The old houses in lively pastel colours that line the alleyways and squares are reminiscent of the town's Venetian tradition and have a particularly enchanting atmosphere. The church of the Madonna dell'Angelo, located at the eastern tip of the promenade, is the symbol of the lake for the inhabitants of Caorle, who have lived from fishing for many centuries.
