Time out for body and soul

We spent relaxing family days in the special atmosphere of the Eifelhaus (the combination of old and modern is perfectly succeeded): Terrace with a wide view of the meadows of the Eifel, large wooden table for meals and games in the evening, fully equipped modern kitchen, top clean rooms, and a bathroom à la Hundertwasser. Good location for hikes in the surrounding area, e.g., Kronenburg, Moor path near Dahlem, volcanic garden, and visits to cities like Trier or Aachen. Simple key handover and warm host.

Eifelhaus?! It was beautiful.

We spent a wonderful extended weekend with friends (including children) at Eifelhaus Brenk. We felt very comfortable in the living/cooking room. Thanks to the fireplace, it was especially cozy and warm, and there was enough space for everyone. The house is really well equipped, there are kitchen appliances of all kinds available, and there is also entertainment with a projector, there were even board games. The surroundings invite you to beautiful excursions. We were impressed by how a beautiful feel-good house was created from an old farmhouse. The contact with the landlord was also very nice. We would love to come back.

Beautiful week in August 2019

We, a family with three children, felt very comfortable. We were able to go on some really nice mountain bike tours. The area is very rural and quiet, and we were able to relax well. The house can be highly recommended!

Tolles Haus im Dorf

The house is located in a small village and is perfect for getting away from everyday life in a rural area. It is not suitable for those seeking entertainment. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the area. The surroundings are beautiful, the climate is great, and the people are nice and open-minded.

The equipment of the house is great and ideal for a family vacation. There are three bedrooms. The only downside is that it is difficult to accommodate the clothes brought in two rooms. The kitchen is equipped with enough dishes and sufficiently large pots, even when many eaters are at the table. Fresh herbs can be picked from the garden. For romantics, there is a fireplace.

The handling with the landlord and the contact person on-site was smooth and excellent. Thank you very much!

Perfect for a relaxed time off

We spent a long weekend in this beautiful house with eight people. At times, we really had to force ourselves to go on the planned excursions because it was so cozy inside. The Brenk family has thought of everything to make this holiday home as comfortable as possible. The kitchen utensils and other equipment are also well taken care of. We spent a lot of quality time at the large inviting dining table and in the garden, cooking together and playing games. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The Eifel House is really very comfortable, the furnishings and equipment are great, especially the large common room with open kitchen and stove is perfect for staying. And there is even a projector! We felt very comfortable all around. Thank you very much!

If you want to relax and take a break, this is the right place for you. A large, yet very cozy house with a very extensive range of facilities. A large terrace with garden, a wood stove, a projector, and much more.

A place of peace and tranquility

We, 8 adults (all between 45-55 years old), had a wonderful, peaceful Pentecost weekend. A dreamy terrace for grilling, a cozy living and kitchen area contributed to a great atmosphere. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The surrounding area offers charming nature and impressive landscapes for walkers, hikers, and cyclists. We will gladly come back!

A beautiful holiday home for friends or families

Our hobby group had a wonderful, peaceful, and cozy time at the vacation house of the Brenk family. The house stands out at first sight with its combination of beauty and coziness, and the rooms are very tastefully furnished, preserving the charm one would expect in an Eifel house with great furniture, large beds, and rustic cabinets - but everything is in impeccable condition and equipped with the necessary modernization (WLAN, large/modern kitchen/beamer). There was enough space for all of us to cook and eat together. The area is worth a walk, as is the nearby Kronenburg. With a car or a few bicycles, you can also reach very beautiful natural areas nearby. Without a car, however, it could be difficult. A supermarket is nearby, as well as a bakery, pharmacy, and a pizzeria for emergencies. We highly recommend this house and were thrilled by the handling, the house, and the area. Thank you very much.

Perle in der Eifel

Unbelievable what can be done with an old farmhouse! The living kitchen is very large, impressively high like a church and still quaintly cozy and cuddly warm. The bathroom upstairs impresses in Roy Lichtenstein style, and from the panoramic terrace, the view sweeps over the hills. It's just a stone's throw to the picturesque Kronenburg. We had a super cozy weekend for nine people and in the end, everyone checked their schedules to book the next weekend in this tastefully furnished house right away.

Familientreffen

We, comprised of the Wicht family (Senior + Junior) twice, the Knauer family, and the Wilson family, were guests from May 23rd to May 29th, 2015 in your large house with a unique flair in the beautiful Eifel region. We enjoyed our vacation very much, had a lot of fun, reasonably good weather, and overall, we lacked nothing. Particularly ideal is the living space with the long table in the middle and the adjoining terrace, making one feel immediately connected to nature. Since we were a total of 8 adults with 2 toddlers, at times we would have liked an extra bathroom, but as it is in life, you can't have everything. Conclusion: We felt very comfortable, and we won't forget this holiday anytime soon! Coming to Germany to holiday with our family here is always wonderful, and your beautiful house and stunning countryside helped make another holiday we’ll always remember and treasure!

We are all thrilled with your house!
The quiet location, the brightness in the living area, and the fantastic views (no matter the weather!), the loving and practical furnishings, the spacious living area, the good mattresses and the cheerful bed linens on the beds, nothing was missing in the kitchen as well... Everything was excellent.
We enjoyed our time and were able to focus very well on learning and practicing, the beautiful large table was wonderfully suited for our workshops!
We also found it very nice to have met you - instantly we had a different, more personal relationship to the house!

I am sure that we will contact you again to spend a few days on vacation in your Eifel house!

Time out with a view

Our family trip was successful thanks to the good facilities and location of the holiday home. Even our mother was able to move around barrier-free on the lower floor. Excursions with or without a car start right on site. The departure after only 3 days was a bit difficult... A small highlight was also the sun - included in the price as we were told!
