The cottage was reasonably good, because it was not clean, greasy edges. Clogged sink, which was resolved quickly. A vacuum cleaner that didn't suck, even though the vacuum cleaner bag was empty. Down in the park, you can separate all the waste, but not in the cottage itself. The communication between Roompot, as it was called when we booked, and the transition to Landal did not go very well, because according to them we still had to pay. Fortunately, we had all the information with us and also the proof of payment, so pay close attention, otherwise you will pay twice. Final cleaning costs according to Belvilla were €165.00, but at the park you pay €173.50. Bed linen according to Belvilla €9.25 per bed, at the park you pay €11.00. Bath towels according to Belvilla €8.00 per person, at the park you pay €10.50 per person. Now we did book last year and the prices have gone up, but we were not informed of this in the meantime. Additional costs that you then incur on-site are very annoying and not according to the agreement made at the booking. I think twice before I engage in such a booking again. The restaurant was very good.

Our visit to the Eifel was very nice, only house number 152 is in poor condition. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for 12 people with everything that goes with it. There are many damages to the furniture and the doors, many dents on the walls, etc., which left a bad impression on us. The water supply, especially the water pressure, is very poor; one has to expect that several people shower at the same time, but that did not work, there was then at times little to no water coming from various showers.
