Description
Spacious, luxurious and fully equipped detached holiday home. Quiet location. Beautiful view. Bakery, restaurants, supermarkets etc within walking distance.
The house is divided into two separate apartments both with private entrance, terrace, garden and parking. The main house is so spacious (230m2) that there is enough living space for 13 people (and baby) (3 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms). The annex house is very cozy and has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and a bathroom (4 people).
The main house has 6 sheep bedrooms (13 beds, all new end 2019, 210x90cm). In addition, a large living room and dining room with several seating areas and a large dining table (almost 4 meters!). The living room is very sunny and from the bench sitting you have a magnificent view over the countryside.
Further three new bathrooms and new separate kitchen with complete new equipment. You enter the garden via a descending path next to the front door. In the garden is a wooden garden house with garden chairs/chairs and various fruit trees (apple, plum, cherry and walnut)
At the valley side of the house you will find the appartment/annex home with living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (1x 160x210cm, 2x 90x210cm). There is also a sunny terrace and garden
You will feel at home!
All amenities, such as bakery (on Saturday, only 30 m away in medieval bakery), supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. For the children there is a large playground with large playing field in the immediate vicinity
On the outskirts of the village is an indoor swimming pool and a heated natural pool. Enjoy the nature (ebike biking and hiking), the culture and today's hospitality. Excursions such as Fort Fun, Winterberg and Frankenberg, are only a 15 minute drive. In the village are many other activities.

We are happy to rent our holiday home, which was renovated in 2014, for a midweek, weekend or week. The house is spacious and fully equipped. The house is located in the center of the beautiful town of Hallenberg in the Sauerland. The view over Hallenberg and the mountains is great, both in summer and winter.
You rent direct from the owner. Welcome to the southernmost town in the Hochsauerland district and the sunniest region in North Rhine-Westphalia!
The historic half-timbered town at the foot of the Rothaargebirge shines with its numerous well-tended monuments and its attractive location in the middle of the "Medebacher Bucht", which was designated as a "European bird sanctuary" due to its high ecological importance and is now home to a variety of endangered animal and plant species.
The third smallest city in North Rhine-Westphalia is known as a place of pilgrimage and for its open-air stage in a former quarry. Once a year, the otherwise quiet town experiences what is probably the loudest night in the Sauerland - precisely when the boys attend the traditional Hallenberg Easter night, an ancient, almost eerie spectacle that is sure to impress you too.
With its varied landscape, the Hallenberg holiday region invites you to numerous nature experiences and offers the right backdrop to unwind and breathe deeply. The hectic everyday life is quickly forgotten.

The perfect vacation!
We arrived and immediately felt comfortable.
The house is located in the center of Hallenberg.
It is quiet, but also perfect for celebrations.
There was so much toys for the kids in the living room.
The rooms were very clean. The bathrooms all modernized.
The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable.
There was more than enough dishes, even plastic cups for the children.
Our teenagers were simply thrilled with the granny flat.
We had a perfect rest.
We would recommend it.

Super relaxed family holiday
We rented the holiday home and the separate holiday flat with 7 adults and 6 children.
The communication with Mrs Timmer was very pleasant, quick and accommodating.
In the holiday home there is sufficient and comprehensible information about the house and the surroundings.
The crockery and also the furnishings are ideally suited for a holiday with children (our youngest was 2 years old). Everything is sufficiently and appropriately available. Even toys for the kids.
As a small suggestion for improvement, we would recommend the purchase of a toaster and possibly a microwave. Especially with smaller children, something needs to be heated quickly
The cleanliness of the large holiday home and also of the holiday flat is absolutely worth mentioning and praising.

Generationenurlaub
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Hallenberg. Das Haus ist unglaublich sauber, Wohn- und Esszimmer sehr groß. Es sind etliche Spielsachen vorhanden, so dass man nichts eigenes mitbringen muss. :-) Die Küche voll ausgestattet. Einfach prima. 6 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 BEQUEMEN Betten. Genpgend Stauraum. Die Bäder sind tiptop, alles neu. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, Grill und Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos und sehr zügig. Resumée: Hinfahren und einfach den Urlaub genießen.

Een schoon en compleet huis!
Een schoon en compleet huis waar je met meerdere families/vrienden heerlijk kunt vertoeven. Er zijn genoeg gezellige zithoeken waarvan die in de woonkamer met schitterend uitzicht. Een goede complete inventaris voor zowel keuken als de rest van het huis. (Genoeg bestek, pannen, zitplekken ed.) Het huis heeft een goede ligging om leuke uitstapjes te onderneem. Zoals Winterberg. Dichtbij zijn er tal van mooie wandelroutes. En een leuke bakkertjes op loop afstand om in de ochtend je verse broodjes te halen! En voor in de middag heerlijk gebak! Ook is er vlakbij een levensmiddelen winkel. Wat de kinderen geweldige vonden was de speeltuin met kabelbaan, schommel, glijbaan en een waterparkje waar ze heerlijk konden spelen!
Wij komen graag weer terug!

Extended weekend with friends
We come from Hesse and the Ruhr area and meet with friends for the third time in Hallenberg, Burgstrasse 12 for a long weekend.
The house is very well furnished and equipped. The bakery and supermarket are nearby, and for those who don't want to cook themselves, there are very good restaurants in Hallenberg.
The beds are good, there is enough space for everyone at the dining table, and a separate TV room is also available. Simply great. We feel comfortable in the house.
We have not been here for the last time.

Easter with the family
We visited with 12 adults and 5 children.
We all enjoyed the house and the beautiful surroundings.
The house is a great starting point for hiking or mountain biking tours.
The playground and the small but nice swimming pool, which are only a 10-minute walk from the house, brought great joy to our children.
The house itself is very well equipped and left nothing to be desired for us, the very large table in the dining room where we all had room together was great.
The kids can play and draw in the adjacent room (living room), so the family was always together.

Ein perfektes Familienwochenende
Aus ganz Deutschland haben wir uns zum Familienwochende in Hallenberg getroffen: 8 Kinder, 6 Enkelkinder (davon zwei Säuglinge) und wir. Es war einfach perfekt. Wir hatten genügend Platz um zu Kochen, zu Essen, zu Musizieren und zu Spielen. Und natürlich auch zum Schlafen. Die Wohnungen waren einladend, hell und sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küchen ebenfalls gut. Von hieraus haben wir einen Ausflug nach Winterberg und eine Wanderung direkt vom Haus aus unternommen. Fazit: Wir kommen alle gern wieder!

Ideal für große Gruppen
Das Haus ist Ideal für große Gruppen. Wir waren mit 13 Personen über ein Wochenende in Hallenberg und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und die Austattung sehr gut. Im Garten kann man schön grillen und findet alles was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet.

Pfingsten In Hallenberg
Sehr schönes Feriendomizil. Hatten noch die Einliegerwohnung dabei. Genug Platz für alle, und die Kinder hatten auch viel Spaß rund ums Haus, bzw. im riesigen Wohnzimmer :-)
Parken auch kein Problem. Ist auch schnell beim Bäcker, bzw Rewe und Aldi in ein paar Minuten.
Ausflüge haben wir dann nach Winterberg und Bad Berleburg unternommen.. jeweils ca. 20 km entfernt.
Hatten vor der Reise noch diverse Fragen an die Vermieter, die sehr schnell und nett beantwortet wurden.
Also.. Top.. gerne wieder !!

Tolles Großfamilienwochenende
Wir waren mit drei Generationen (9 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) für ein langes Wochenende im Sauerland. Zentrale Lage in Hallenberg (samstags unbedingt frisches Brot im Backhaus ein paar Schritte die Straße rauf kaufen) und hübsche Aussicht, dazu schöne Ausflüge in den Freizeitpark und nach Frankenberg. Im Haus hatten alle reichlich Platz zum Toben und/oder zurückziehen, wir sind rundum zufrieden. Und es hat sogar geschneit...

Sehr zufrieden
Wir waren eine Gruppe von jungen Paaren, teilweise mit Kindern. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und an Ausstattung hat uns nichts wirklich gefehlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt genügend Platz für Kinder zum Spielen und herumlaufen. Auch kann man schön spazieren im Ort. Um etwas zu besichtigen oder auswärts zu unternehmen muss man schon länger fahren, aber das ging in Ordnung. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für so ein großes Haus vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern absolut zufriedenstellend. Vielen Dank nochmal (auch für die merci-Packung ;-) )

Viel Platz und eine schöne Umgebung
Das Haus hat 6 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bädern. Es gibt ein großes Esszimmer, wo alle zusammen an einem Tisch sitzen können und ein ebenso großes Wohnzimmer. (Es gibt eine Einliegerwohnung mit nochmals 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Bad, die man auch noch dazu mieten kann.)
Die Bäder sind sehr schön, da erst im vergangenem Jahr renoviert wurde. Auch die Kücheneinrichtung ist neu (auch neuer Herd und Spülmaschine). Alle Zimmer sind geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Insgesamt ist das Haus in einem guten Zustand. Es gibt außerdem kostenlosen WLAN-Zugang.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Für größere Reisegruppen ist es wirklich ideal und zu empfehlen.

Ein tolles Wochenende!
Wir haben mit 9 Personen ein wundervolles Wochenende in dem sehr gemütlichen und außergewöhnlich sauberen Haus verbracht. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Unterkünften gab es hier mal wirklich genug Platz für unsere große Gruppe und ich kann das Haus wirklich nur empfehlen!

4 persoons appartement Hallenberg
Wat hebben wij genoten in Hallenberg het appartement was perfect, het is van alle gemakken voorzien, afwasmachine, oven en het ligt heel mooi in het centrum van Hallenberg.
Wij hadden het geluk dat we heerlijk konden skiën in Zuchen, binnen 10 minuten met de auto sta je op de piste, wij komen zeker terug!!!

We had a wonderful stay.
The weekend of 20 February we have stayed with a large group in the main house . We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room in the house. A large table where we all can sit, eat and play games. A new kitchen and new bathrooms, they where very clean. The beds were bokspring beds thay slept wonderfully. Skiing we have done in Winterberg and Zuschen, it is just five kilometers from the house. very nice is that there is an old bakery house in the same street.. Delicious sandwiches at breakfast, and in the afternoon German pastries. We got here by the owner, . Hallenberg is wonderful village. we saw a poolarea in the village, that will bring us back In the summer for sure.

Sehr grossräumige Ferienwohnung
Wir haben mit unsere Familie, 14 Personen, ein Wochenende durchgebracht in diesem Ferienhaus in Hallenberg. Es ist ein sehr großräumig Haus mit Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, 7x Schlafzimmer und 3x Badezimmer im großen Wohnhaus und in das Appartement unter im Haus gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer.
Neben an das Haus gibt’s „Das Backhaus“ wo man jede Samstag frisch gebacken Brot, aus Steinofen, kaufen kann. Mitten in Hallenberg gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Imbisse. Auch gibt es 2 Supermarkten in Hallenberg.
Dieses Ferienhaus liegt günstig für ausfluche nach Winterberg oder Willingen.
