Description
The house, a typical island house half, is a fourth generation property; my grandfather grew up here and my family spent their summer holidays here for many years
The small holiday flat has its entrance at the back of the house. It is a compact and cosily furnished domicile - ideal for two to three people. I have guests who regularly spend their holidays here because they like the personal atmosphere so much.
The flat is divided into a kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a bed 180x200 cm for two persons with a beautiful old wardrobe, a small bedroom with a bed 80x200 cm, a small bathroom and a hallway with storage space for wardrobe, shoes, utensils. A detail from "earlier times": The washbasin is in the room. But of course there is also a small basin in the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas cooker.

The holiday flat is centrally located between the centre of the village and the south beach at Süderstraße 38. I think Süderstraße is one of the most beautiful streets on the island. The flat is centrally located between the town centre and the south beach. The bakery is just across the street.

Cozy vacation apartment
Small cozy vacation apartment where we have been spending our holidays once a year for at least 10 years. The location is quiet yet central, the bakery is across the street, and it's not far to the beach or the shopping area. Nice little garden and terrace. Pleasant and straightforward contact with the landlord. We always enjoy coming back here.

Cozy small clean apartment
We spent a lovely week at the ALBERTE vacation rental.
As an older couple, we enjoyed the peace and quiet.
The weather was nice, and we were happy with the small terrace.
Ideal for 2 people, even with a small child.

very nice apartment in a great location - very relaxing
We really enjoyed our week in the beautiful, very well-equipped, very clean and cozy little apartment. Since we were lucky with the weather, we also made good use of the terrace. The apartment is great, very quiet - and yet you can reach the city center in a few minutes on foot. And the beach is not far away - 3 minutes by bike. The organization around the rental was exemplary and the contact with the landlord was very friendly and reliable. We hope that our path will lead us there again!

Very nice accommodation. Deceleration on Borkum.
We booked the flat for the second time, as we already felt very comfortable during our first stay. Very nice and uncomplicated mail contact with the landlord.
Great quiet location, quite central. Everything is within easy reach by bike, but you can also get to the station quickly on foot.
Bakery directly opposite. Nice and cosy furnishings
We will definitely come back. ?

We like to come here again
The flat Alberte is a beautiful small holiday flat ideal for 3 people.
We, a family with one child, feel very comfortable here.
The flat is very well equipped (washing machine, gas cooker, oven, Wi-Fi, more than enough dishes and the like), the garden can be used and invites you to have breakfast or coffee.
Even though the flat is not very big, you feel at home right away.
It is a maximum of 10 minutes to the north or south beach.
The small bakery on the other side of the road is great, where you can get fresh bread in the morning.
The landlord is very friendly and always quick to respond to requests.
The flat is very clean and bed linen, towels and dryer sheets are provided.
We are regular guests who are already looking forward to our next holiday.
