Experience an unforgettable holiday in our Schwarz holiday flat on the beautiful island of Borkum.
The 42 square metre flat offers space for up to three guests. The comfortably furnished holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a small residential complex in the south-west of Borkum.
The flat has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area in the bright bay window and a bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle and coffee machine so that you can prepare your own meals during your stay. In the living room, a TV provides entertainment and the cosy couch invites you to relax.
In the bedroom you will find comfortable beds with fresh bed linen. An iron and hairdryer are also available for your use. There is a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated tumble dryer for your laundry in the basement of the apartment complex.
You have access to free WLAN throughout the flat. The flat is suitable for non-smokers and people with allergies.
Our flat is equipped with all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the fresh sea air on our 10 square metre terrace, surrounded by green plants with privacy/wind protection.
The Schwarz holiday flat is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by picturesque houses and cycle paths. Nearby you will also find beautiful beaches and green landscapes. You can park your car safely in the private car park. The beach and the pedestrian zone are about a 5-minute walk away and the railway station is about a 10-minute walk away.

Location and surroundings of object
Borkum is a charming North Sea island with beautiful beaches and abundant wildlife.
The house is located in the southern part of the island in a traffic-calmed zone, parking spaces are available.
The south beach, with beach entertainment in the summer months, the adventure pool and the high ropes course as well as the pedestrian zone are just a few minutes' walk away. Children will find additional activities and supervision in the children's playhouse.
Cultural events of all kinds and various sports and water sports facilities round off Borkum's offerings.
Your holiday starts on the relaxing ferry crossing. (From Emden approx. 2 hours and from Eemshaven (NL) approx. 1 hour) Alternatively, you can take the catamaran (1 hour) from Emden. Then take the historic train to Borkum station. After about 10 minutes on foot you will reach our holiday flat.

When we, mother and daughter, visited Borkum for the first time, we liked the island so much that we bought a flat in a small residential complex there. The fantastic beach and the peace and quiet, but also the many water and activity options are just some of the reasons that made us real Borkum fans.
