There is a large communal garden and a private jetty. The brand new apartment has a living room with kitchen corner and a sofa bed, a bedroom with bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and phon. The apartment is for 2 to 4 people and really offers any kind of comfort: air conditioning, heating, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric grill, induction, WLAN / WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher.
