Our beautiful and cozy apartment will inspire you for your Lake Garda vacation!
The air-conditioned apartment is well equipped - fully equipped kitchen, bright spacious shower room (renovation autumn/winter 2022) with new spacious shower cabin, towel radiator and hairdryer, high-quality new designer terrace furniture, 2 sun loungers and much more.
In the bedroom there is a large double bed, safe, ceiling fan and a large closet for your vacation closet
In the living room a comfortable couch invites you to stay. Radio incl.CD with use of IPOD/IPHONE/Bluetooth and a LCD TV are of course available.
A large lawn for sunbathing, own jetty, as well as parking spaces belong to our closed residential complex.
Restaurants - some of them directly on the water - are within easy walking distance, as well as cafes, a small supermarket, mini golf, pedal boat rental, boat rental, etc.
The sports offer in the immediate vicinity leaves hardly any wish unfulfilled
Golf " Garda Golf Country Club" in about 4km , water skiing, boat rental, windsurfing, sailing, tennis, mini golf.
Wonderful shore and unforgettable views
A beautiful view over the south of Lake Garda - on clear days even to the north end to Torbole - can be enjoyed from the Rocca di Manerba, a ruined castle on a prominent rock near Montinelle. Montinelle is one of the eight villages that make up the municipality of Manerba amid the olive groves and vineyards of Valtenesis.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant terminates the contract prematurely, the following costs must be paid as compensation: Cancellation before the start of the rental period (as flat-rate compensation): Up to 43 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price, from 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price. In case of no-show or early termination of the trip, 100% of the rental price is also due as flat-rate compensation. The tenant has the right to name a replacement tenant. The landlord may accept the offer as long as there are no justified objections against the person of the replacement tenant. If the payments are not made within the specified deadlines, the landlord can withdraw from the contract. In this case, compensation for damages is due.

Great summer vacation!
We had a great time at Lake Garda! The location of this apartment is fabulous with a direct view of the lake. The large garden offers shaded spots for young and old thanks to its trees. Restaurants and the small harbor are easily reachable on foot.
The accommodation matches the pictures. Everything is very clean and tidy. There is a parking space right outside the door. Communication with the landlords was smooth :) We will gladly come back!

Summer vacation June 2923.
Location of the apartment in the excellently maintained complex directly by the lake is great, the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Contact with the landlords was very good and all information and formalities were 100% okay. The only downside for us as e-bikers is the lack of storage space for the bikes and the charging options for the batteries, otherwise we really liked our vacation in this apartment in this complex.

Megasuper vacation!
"We wanted to relax - and that's exactly what we did! The path from the terrace to the lake couldn't be any shorter :-)
Many restaurants are within walking distance and have super delicious food! But even the bread rolls are not far away......
That's about the surroundings. The apartment was the icing on the cake :-) Great amenities and a chic, renovated bathroom. And we also noticed a new refrigerator.... Apparently, the owners are doing something to keep the apartment in good condition :-)
Conclusion: we would love to come back!"
