The Bernsteinhus is designed for 2- 5 persons.
The entrance area (hallway) connects the living and cooking area with the bathroom. From the living room you reach the bedroom. Here you will find a double bed 180x200cm and an extra bed 80x195cm, as well as the possibility to see the starry sky at night (additional roof window can be operated electrically).
In the living room there is a double sofa bed (lying surface 180x200cm very comfortable, also suitable for XXL),
a new fitted kitchen and a passage to the terrace.
The bathroom is exclusively equipped with shower, toilet and washing machine.
The holiday home has a modern heating system.
In addition, you can surf the internet free of charge via WLAN with your own laptop/ smartphone
free of charge (Highspeed Internet >100MBit).
Furthermore, you can learn a lot of interesting facts about amber.

You can reach the Baltic Sea, for example, by car, bus, boat or bicycle (distance ).
Furthermore, you can reach the picturesque Bodden coast in just 0.4 km.
Especially for cyclists, there are excellent cycle paths. A bicycle rental is only 400 metres away from our holiday flat. The train and bus station are 350 metres away.
The town centre, 300 metres away, invites you to shop and stroll.
Also worth seeing in any weather: The Low German Bible Centre (350m) with the famous 1st Low German Barth Bible from 1588.
A visit to the Ozeaneum, Germany's largest aquarium, is also worthwhile:

The town of Barth is the eastern gateway to the Baltic Sea and the peninsula group Fischland, Darss as well as Zingst. It lies
picturesque southern Bodden coast, which is located in front of the Darss peninsula.
The Baltic Sea is only 11 km away. With its kilometres of fine sandy beaches typical of our region, it is one of the most beautiful bathing beaches on the Baltic coast.
In the old town and the immediate surroundings of Barth you will find a wide range of shopping opportunities. In the evening, the harbour marina invites you to stroll around, where you can then end the day watching an intense sunset. Boats leave daily from the pier for Zingst and in the season there are also trips from Barth to Hiddensee. Small sailing tours, for example on the old wooden Zees boats, are offered directly at the harbour. Outside the town walls, the eye finds peace at the sight of the wide Bodden coasts, the fields and the dark forests, which can be reached on foot or by bike. Have fun discovering a still largely untouched in the golden autumn days, you can watch the crane migration in the Barth hinterland. Many cranes rest here and gather for their migration south. Various observation points to crane resting places are freely accessible.
