55m² holiday flat for 2-4 pers. (2 bedrooms) with terrace, roofed wicker beach chair, free car park beside the building, cellar room for bycicles free to use.
Nearby the Villa there a several restaurants, cafés, a super market and the marina of Glowe.
Our ground floor holiday flat offers room for up to 4 persons plus one infant/baby.
The two separate bedrooms are furnished with a double-bed and a loft bed (appropriate even for adults). A traveller`s crip may be used without charge.
The combined living-&-diner room with integrated kitchenette has 4 seats plus a baby`s high chair.
Relax on our big, cushy sofa (2,65 x 2,20m).
The bathroom has WC, basin, shower, hair-dryer and underfloor heating.
A washing machine with integrated dryer may be used for a fee.

Villa Bolte is located central in Glowe on the island of Rugania (Rügen).
Via a private beach access you will reach with some footsteps the long, clean, sandy beaches of the Schaabe - probably the finest of the whole region. The lovely town of Glowe - an awarded state recognitioned recreation area - is located in the northern part of Rugania (Rügen) directly at the coast of the baltic sea.
The 10km long, fine, clean, sandy beach is said to be the most beautiful in the whole area.
The haugh sandy shore, bordered by small dunes merging to woods invite for water sports, hiking, bycicle riding or just take a walk and and relax by enjoying this beautiful nature.
The bay called \"Tromper Wiek\" is probably one of the best fishing areas for salmon and codfish.
Therefore, Glowe has a small yachting- and fishing marina.
Glowe even is an optimal starting point for visiting the area and the points of intereset of the island Rugania (Rügen).

Cancellation terms:
In the event of a cancellation, the tenant will receive the rental price minus a 10% handling fee and without deposit if another rental is possible. Otherwise, the following rules apply: Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period is charged at 25%, thereafter 75%, and from 10 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental amount as a cancellation fee. In the case of an early departure or if the tenant fails to arrive, there is no entitlement to a refund.

Anmerkung
The apartment was good except for 2 points. It would be advisable to install a higher toilet and invest in a new, higher, more modern bed. The mattresses were worn out, and they can't be called pillows either.

Neue Matratzen stehen bereits auf der Liste für die anstehende Revision der Wohnung nach der Saison.
Es liegen immer Ersatz-/neue Kissen im Bettkasten des Hochbetts (Kinderzimmer) - die Reinigungskräfte sollen diese bei Bedarf eigentlich austauschen.
Das scheint leider nicht geklappt zu haben.
Wir hoffen das in Zukunft verbessern zu können.
