The approx. 40 m² ground floor flat is divided into 3 rooms and offers space for 2-4 people. In the small hallway there is a wardrobe and access to the bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchenette is integrated into the living/dining room and equipped with a 2-plate cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, access to the other bedroom, which is furnished with two single beds, is through this room. Outside, there is a large furnished south-facing terrace.

The flat is centrally located only a few minutes' walk from the Strandstrasse and the Bummelmeile, near the Museumshof and the Museum Bakery. It is about a 5-minute walk to the harbour and about 10 minutes to the beach. The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst is the easternmost municipality of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula chain and lies between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden in the middle of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" national park. Here you will find fine sandy beaches and an almost untouched natural landscape with a very well-developed network of cycling and hiking paths.
