Description
The house is newly built 6 years ago. The apartment has 45 square meters is clean and lovingly furnished. The apartment has a balcony or terrace, and space for a family of 4 persons. The apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed. In the open living room has a sofa bed and a kitchen with dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people with refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, cookware and coffee maker and satellite TV. Bathroom: toilet, washbasin with mirror, shower and bidet. Parking is in the lockable front yard, since no Minibuses, vans or larger vehicles in the yard Parking can please tell us your type. We your hosts, help them and be pleased if you feel comfortable with us.
On requests also larger families or several friends to spend their holidays with us and enjoy their privacy. Nearby there are shops, restaurants and some that can all be reached on foot.

Sports facilities offer something for everyone: well-maintained tennis courts, trampolines for kids, big slide, mini golf, basketball court, water sports, diving, excursions, restaurants ... Everything in one place. Pula is one of the oldest cities in Croatia, which means that you have to consider: the best preserved amphitheater almost daily take place in the summer events, various museums, the harbor, the old town and the bustling market are characteristic . km. away is the city Medulin with colorful nightlife and family park in. Half an hour's drive from famous and attractive town of Rovinj, at the top of Istria Nature Park Cape Kamenjak with unique natural beaches. Beautiful location and pleasant apartment for the price.
I can really only recommend this apartment. The location is very quiet, away from all the hustle and bustle. The contact with the landlord is very warm and very, very nice. They often asked if everything was okay, we received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and later also very delicious figs. The apartment itself is not modern, but this did not bother us. We had everything we needed. The beaches are easily accessible nearby. You can also get to the city easily by bus. Bus stop near the apartment.
All in all, we felt really comfortable.
We can only say thank you. . . . that's how vacation is fun.

Amazing trip

Simply great
We are the Görsch/Cocco family (4 people, kids 8/13) and came as guests and left as friends. The holiday apartment is clean and tidy. Everything works as described. The landlords are very, very friendly and always helpful. Thank you, Anto and Dara. The location is great and has been ideal for us as a starting point for activities... to the beach, shopping, etc. Thank you also to Antonija, the daughter, who completely took over the German communication in advance for questions, etc. But we could also communicate well in German with Anto and Dara, as our Croatian is not good.
Since it was our first time in Croatia, we were glad to enjoy your hospitality.

Beautiful holiday flat
We had a very nice and clean holiday flat in a nice residential area.
A bakery is within two minutes walking distance. There is also a small shop and a pizzeria. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes walk away.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful. They always ask if everything is ok. We often got fruit from their own garden

very clean and cozy holiday apartment
After a very chaotic journey with a lot of traffic jams, we arrived in the middle of the night at the apartment. The landlords had been waiting for us for a long time. We settled into the very clean apartment and got to know our landlords the next morning as a very helpful and sympathetic couple. Whenever we had a problem, they helped us with all their might and joy. We were constantly spoiled, be it with fresh fruit from the garden or a Rakija. Pula is a very beautiful area with all kinds of sights and numerous small coves with beautiful beaches. I can only recommend this family and look forward to coming back next year.
