The house is newly built 6 years ago. The apartment has 45 square meters is clean and lovingly furnished. The apartment has a balcony or terrace, and space for a family of 4 persons. The apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed. In the open living room has a sofa bed and a kitchen with dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people with refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, cookware and coffee maker and satellite TV. Bathroom: toilet, washbasin with mirror, shower and bidet. Parking is in the lockable front yard, since no Minibuses, vans or larger vehicles in the yard Parking can please tell us your type. We your hosts, help them and be pleased if you feel comfortable with us.
On requests also larger families or several friends to spend their holidays with us and enjoy their privacy. Nearby there are shops, restaurants and some that can all be reached on foot.

Holiday and Sports Facilities: Just 4 minutes from our house is the large peninsula of Punta Verudela with several beaches and secluded coves. The water is clean and in summer about 25 degrees warm. Sports facilities offer something for everyone: well-maintained tennis courts, trampolines for kids, big slide, mini golf, basketball court, water sports, diving, excursions, restaurants ... Everything in one place. Pula is one of the oldest cities in Croatia, which means that you have to consider: the best preserved amphitheater almost daily take place in the summer events, various museums, the harbor, the old town and the bustling market are characteristic . km. away is the city Medulin with colorful nightlife and family park in. Half an hour's drive from famous and attractive town of Rovinj, at the top of Istria Nature Park Cape Kamenjak with unique natural beaches. Brijuni National Park is easily accessible with a organize full day excursions of many boats.

Beautiful holiday flat
We had a very nice and clean holiday flat in a nice residential area.
A bakery is within two minutes walking distance. There is also a small shop and a pizzeria. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes walk away.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful. They always ask if everything is ok. We often got fruit from their own garden
We had a great holiday there and can recommend this flat to others

sehr saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung
nach einer sehr chaotischen Fahrt mit sehr viel Staus kammen wir mitten in der Macht an der Wohnung an. Die Vermieter hatten auf uns so lange gewartet. Wir bezogen die sehr saubere Wohnung und lernten am nächsten Morgen unsere Vermieter als ein sehr hilfreiches und sympathisches Ehepaar kennen. Wann immer wir ein Problem hatten,sie halfen uns mit aller Kraft und Freude.Wir wurden immer wieder verwöhnt, sei es durch frisches Obst aus dem Garten oder einen Rakija.
Pula ist eine sehr schöne Umgebung mit allerlei Sehenswürdigkeiten und zahlreichen kleinen Buchten mit schönen Stränden.
Ichkann diese Familie nur weiterempfehlen und freue mich darauf nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Perfekter geht es aus meiner Sicht nicht.

Alles Super war Toll
Hallo,
meine Frau mein Junge (14 Jahre) und ich haben uns in der Wohnung sehr Wohl gefüllt.
Es war alles wie im Netz Beschrieben.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die ruhige Lage den beschatteten Parkplatz sowie die Nähe zu mehreren Badestellen in der Adria, auch die Nähe zur City von Pula und somit zu den tollen Markt und anderen Einkaufs Optionen fanden wir gut.
Also in großen und ganzen Empfehlenswert.

Es war ein super Urlaub
Unsere Vermieter waren sehr lieb und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Entspannter Urlaub
Unser Apartment war sauber und hatte alles was wir für den Urlaub benötigten. Die Vermieterin (und auch ihre Eltern) waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit uns gegenüber. Für einen Strandurlaub ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen, da sämtliche Strände fußläufig in ca. einer halben Stunde erreichbar sind. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar ein Bäcker sind gut zu erreichen. In unserem Apartment hatten wir außerdem durch eine Terrasse auf der Vorderseite die Möglichkeit draußen zu frühstücken oder zu Abend zu essen. Alles in allem ein entspannter Urlaub ohne große Sorgen.

Es war sehr schön

So soll Urlaub sein!
Wir waren 3 Wochen Gast im Haus Dara und haben uns vom ersten Moment wohl gefühlt.
Waren wir im im Vorwege etwas mißtrauisch weil die Besitzer mit im Haus wohnen wurden wir schon bei unserer Ankunft eines besseren belehrt. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und dies setzte sich die ganze Zeit fort. Freunlich und unaufdringlich ( Danke für die Medizin ), so wie man es sich wünscht.
Die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichent, alles sauber und ordentlich - so wie man es sich erhofft.
Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, und Apotheke in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir sind auch in die Innenstadt gelaufen, wobei wir gern Orte so erkunden. Ein Auto ist aber sinnvoll um die Schönheit Istriens zu erleben.
Der Auffenthalt war schön und wir empfehlen das Haus Dara allen Freunden und Bekannten, womit eigentlich alles gesagt ist.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Pula
Wir waren für eine Woche im August im Haus Dara in Pula. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und auf dem Balkon kann man sehr gut entspannen und die Sonne genießen. In der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Very good accomodation
It is really nice and comfortable place for holiday accomodation. Very silent and calm localization on the suburbs of Pula. Great connection to the city center and Ambrella beach (only 5 minutes by car). Close to shops and restaurants. Host Ms Dara and Mr Anto it's very great people, very nice and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Wir waren das 5. Mal in Pula in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben nichts vermisst. Der Herbst in Pula ist empfehlenswert. Die erste Woche im September war sogar noch Badewetter und im Oktober viele schöne sonnige Tage. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen bei allem immer weiter. Fehlt was? - Kein Problem - es wird alles ermöglicht. 5 Sterne von uns.
