Villa R&A is finished this year and is available for rent for the first time. The 3 room apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and is new, stylish and modernly furnished. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine) and living area are open with direct access to the spacious terrace. There is a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the other room. In the modern bathroom there is a large shower, bidet and washing machine.

Great 2 weeks
This was our first time in Croatia and the welcome from our parents was very warm and helpful. The apartment is well equipped, modern and clean. We also really enjoyed the air conditioning
The location was perfect. The surrounding beaches and towns were easy to reach.
We can highly recommend Villa R & A!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in schöner, ruhiger Lage
Wir verbrachten zwei herrliche Juliwochen in der tollen Villa R&A. Wir wurden von den Eltern der Vermieterin ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen und fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an wohl.
Die Wohnung ist super modern eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir genossen die Ruhe hier und waren von der Nähe zum Meer sehr begeistert, einfach spitze.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschön und super zum entspannen
Meine Familie und ich waren 2 Wochen lang in der Unterkunft von der lieben Antonija und ihren Eltern. Wir wurden super herzlich von Antonijas Eltern empfangen. Uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt und auch der Weg zum Strand erklärt. In der Unterkunft fehlt es an nichts. Alles ist vorhanden und auch eine schöne Terrasse/Balkon für schöne Sommerabende. Meine Familie und ich hatten unsere Ruhe, konnten aber auch in die Stadt reinfahren, wenn wir was sehen wollten. Der Strand ist ein Katzensprung und das Meer ein Traum. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Wir hatten jeder Zeit die Möglichkeit Antonija eine Nachricht zu schicken, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Einen lieben Dank nochmal an die Familie Steko für die Herzlichkeit und das Geschenk bei der Abreise.

Ankommen – auspacken und sofort wohlfühlen!
Tolle neue Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage zum nahe gelegenen Strand. Die Ferienwohnung ist top modern eingerichtet mit großer Wohnküche, Geschirrspüler, großem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, modernem Bad mit Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, kurz gesagt, einfach alles was wir brauchten.
Am Liebsten genossen wir die morgendlichen Stunden mit dem Blick ins Grüne und die abendliche Ruhe auf der geräumigen Terrasse. Das Grundstück wurde liebevoll angelegt und befindet sich am Rande einer Wohnbebauung, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker (bis 22.00 Uhr) bzw. Einkaufsmarkt sind auf kurzem Wege zu erreichen.
Die Gasteltern Darja und Anto waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns herzlich aufgenommen, so dass wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt haben. Wir kommen gern wieder!
