Description
Villa R&A is finished this year and is available for rent for the first time. The 3 room apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and is new, stylish and modernly furnished. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine) and living area are open with direct access to the spacious terrace. There is a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the other room. In the modern bathroom there is a large shower, bidet and washing machine.

Nice holiday home and a good stay
We were warmly welcomed by the owner.
The house was a short distance from the beach, which was optimal with the warm weather. It was completely equipped, and we had a great time in the area.
The contact with the owners and their tips were also valuable and enjoyable during our stay. Definitely a recommendation.

Great 2 weeks
This was our first time in Croatia and the welcome from our parents was very warm and helpful. The apartment is well equipped, modern and clean. We also really enjoyed the air conditioning
The location was perfect. The surrounding beaches and towns were easy to reach.

Great holiday apartment in a beautiful, peaceful location.
We spent two wonderful weeks in July at the fantastic Villa R&A. We were warmly welcomed by the landlord's parents and felt comfortable from the first minute. The apartment is super modern and has everything you need, leaving nothing to be desired. We enjoyed the peace here and were very excited about the proximity to the sea, just great. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful and great for relaxing
My family and I stayed in the accommodation of the lovely Antonija and her parents for 2 weeks. We were warmly welcomed by Antonija's parents. They showed us the accommodation and explained the way to the beach. The accommodation has everything you need. Everything is available, including a beautiful terrace/balcony for lovely summer evenings. My family and I had our peace and could also drive into the city if we wanted to see something. The beach is a stone's throw away and the sea is a dream. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone. We had the opportunity to message Antonija at any time if we had any questions. A big thank you to the Steko family for their warmth and the gift upon departure.
