Description
Our holiday home with approx. 70 m² living space, spread over 2 floors, is located directly on the wide fine sandy beach. The house is located in a dead-end street and is therefore very quiet
The holiday home has a kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms (1 x shower/WC, 1 x WC), a bedroom with double bed + baby cot and a bedroom with 2 single beds. For hygienic reasons, you must bring your own duvet and pillow for the baby cot.
A large terrace of approx. 30 m² invites you to relax or enjoy a cosy get-together. A high chair for children > 1 year is available in the kitchen. A parking space is available directly in front of the house.

The holiday home is located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen on the sunny island of Usedom
It is only a 200 m walk to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, which is up to 80 m wide. You only have to cross a small strip of pine forest. The nearby sports beach offers surfing courses, catamaran and paddle boat tours
Restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, bicycle and beach chair rentals, launderette, petrol station, restaurants are all about 1.5 km away.
The seaside resort of Karlshagen is located between the Baltic Sea and the Peene River in the northwest of the island of Usedom. The surrounding area is characterised by extensive coniferous forests. Karlshagen has one of the widest and most beautiful beaches on the island of Usedom. On the fine sandy beach, which is up to 80 m wide, there is enough space for sun worshippers, blob builders or sports enthusiasts
Karlshagen has the largest harbour on the island of Usedom, situated on the Peene River

Holiday in Karlshagen in the holiday home Dünenwald.
The holiday home in the dune forest owned by Mr. Kehle leaves nothing to be desired. Everything you need is available. The landlord is very friendly. The location of the holiday home is optimal. Not far from the beach, right in the dune forest, very harmonious. We found the holiday home very clean, there was nothing to complain about in this regard. We would immediately spend our holiday in this holiday home again.

A very beautiful holiday home, with very good equipment and a top location. The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired, simply to feel comfortable. Very nice landlords, uncomplicated booking and processing. We had a great holiday and will definitely come back!

Perfektes Ferienhaus
The holiday home is a dream - very high-quality furnishings and a great kitchen and bathroom, so you can just feel comfortable. In the evenings, we could grill wonderfully on the large terrace and enjoy the mild weather. For us as a family, it was also great that a baby cot and a high chair were available. The nearby beach and the surroundings with little traffic are also perfect for families with children. The contact with the landlord was very nice and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful holiday in Karlshagen and will definitely come back soon.

Family vacation, of course, in peace
One would have to search for a long time to find a more beautiful spot on earth. The holiday home behind the dune in the pine forest is modern and practical. A friendly caretaker checks in at the beginning. It is especially nice to have the 2nd bathroom on the top floor, so our daughter could "let off steam" and there were no waiting times in front of the bathroom. We used the lovely terrace almost daily thanks to the good weather. Bakeries and shopping were all done by bike or on foot. The town center and playground are just a stone's throw away. You can leave the car here without worry. On the campsite road, you mostly see bikes and roller skates, very rarely a car. We explored the island on well-signposted cycle paths and enjoyed delicious meals in the nearby fish smokehouses.
Thank you for a truly relaxing holiday, far away from the hustle and bustle.

Familienurlaub
Our vacation days at Dünenwald holiday home were simply perfect for feeling good all around! Not only were we fully convinced by the equipment and location, but also by the uncomplicated and reliable booking of the holiday home. The short distance to the beach and the great playground nearby were particularly practical and valuable for us as a family! We will be back soon :) Thanks to the Kehle family.
