The holiday home is situated between pine forest and dunes, very quiet and sheltered from the wind, only 200 m from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Karlshagen is a Baltic seaside resort in the northern part of the island of Usedom near Peenemünde or near the Baltic seaside resort of Trassenheide. Karlshagen is very family-friendly. The town is divided into an old town centre with a harbour, which is well worth a visit, and a newer part leading to the beach.
Karlshagen has all the necessary facilities (shopping centre, pharmacy, doctor) as well as various sports facilities.
