You will feel at home in our cosy, sunny apartment on the 3rd floor with sloping roof, easily accessible via a lift (to the 2nd floor) and a few steps. Due to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the flat is very bright and has the charm of a penthouse flat. In the flat you will find all the things that make your holiday pleasant, a well-equipped kitchen, cooker with oven, microwave, Senseo switch (for filter coffee or pods), toaster and egg boiler, enough seating for eating and on the comfortable sofa, a stereo and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed for a 3rd person (120x190 cm) as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, hairdryer, make-up mirror and sufficient storage space. There is also a safe in the flat. From the balcony, you can enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea (unfortunately somewhat hidden by a green belt in the summer), corresponding balcony furniture with cushions are available. This is the right place for you if you like to be in the middle of things on holiday, appreciate the advantage of short distances, but still want to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Location and surroundings of object
The location of the flat in the flat house "PIER K'BORN" (only 8 units) in the 2nd row behind Villa Hubertusburg in Ostseeallee 3a is the ideal starting point for all your activities. Whether walking on the beach promenade, swimming in the sea, visiting the children's playground, strolling in the Strandstraße or exploring the pier, everything is within a distance of 50-100m. You will also find breakfast rolls, bike rental, cafe, bar and restaurant just around the corner. As I said, right in the middle and still quiet! Kühlungsborn is located about 30 km west of Rostock and is a lively holiday resort all year round where you can do many things. From the modern yacht harbour there is the approx. 3 km long beach promenade which connects the parts Kübo-East and West and ends at the Balticplatz with its historical buildings. In the approx. 130ha city forest you can also find peace and quiet, go jogging, walking and cycling, or if you want to go high up, then visit the climbing forest. You can go diving, sailing, play tennis, play golf, go hiking in the cooler, go on bike tours and much more. If the weather is bad, linger in one of the many cafés and restaurants or visit the Kübomare with its beautiful sauna area. At weekends, there are regular dance events in various restaurants or live music to listen to in one of the many bars. As you can see, there is something for everyone.

| The rental price for the 1st overnight stay includes the services for preparing the flat, making the booking, handing over the keys, issuing the visitor's tax, etc.! A complete linen package can be booked in addition, for which we charge 12.00 €/person. For bookings of more than 12 days, you will receive the linen free of charge. Visitor's tax is to be paid separately and is not included in the rental price. 1,00 - 2,00 €/day/person from 18 years, according to season In the period from 01 June to 30 September, the flats are only rented by the week!
