Description
Bright, charming, spacious flat in the old town of Kappeln on the Schlei. Ideal for families with children, best agers or couples who want to spend their holiday on the Schlei and Baltic Sea, pets are welcome to join you.
This 78 m² holiday flat is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, is very tastefully and modernly furnished and has bright, spacious rooms
Situated directly in the beautiful old town of Kappeln, it offers the perfect starting point for a comfortable holiday on the Schlei. The Schlei is only 100 metres away, and the nearest shops in the town centre are only a few minutes' walk away
The living room has a cosy sofa set, a large dining table, and a bright, open-plan kitchen. All the technical equipment you need on holiday is available here
For evening entertainment, there is not only a flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray and DVD player, but also stereo equipment
Guests can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds
Note: From the first bedroom with single beds, you can directly access the second bedroom with double bed (connecting door) - however, each bedroom can also be accessed separately, the first via the bathroom and the second via the hallway.
A large bathroom with round shower, hairdryer, WC and a small guest WC with urinal basin are also available.
Holiday guests have their own sitting area in the garden, a reserved parking space and free Wi-Fi at their disposal.
A baby equipment (consisting of baby travel cot and high chair) can be provided on request.
The first set of linen (bed linen and towels) is already included, a change of linen is possible for € 15,- per person on site.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located directly in the old town of Kappeln - centrally located to the Schlei and the town centre. Worth seeing here are the Schlei bascule bridge, the Dutch windmill Amanda, the St. Nikolai church and the herring fence (the only herring fence in Europe that is still in operation!). Kappeln lies on the Schlei, an inlet of the Baltic Sea.
The Schlei Baltic Sea fjord is a popular spot for many water sports enthusiasts, so you can see many sailing ships, motorboats, canoes and rowers sailing in and out here.
The Baltic Sea is only 7 km away and offers many beautiful sandy beaches, Weidefeld and Schönhagen's steep coast on the Schwansen side and Hasselberg, Kronsgaard and Pottloch's steep coast in the Angelner region.

Beautifully, tastefully furnished, spacious holiday apartment, located directly between the charming pedestrian zone and the lovely harbor with nice restaurants in the heart of Kappeln. The contact with the landlords, the Daniel family, was very friendly and uncomplicated. The layout of the apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a large living-dining area, and 2 seating areas outdoors, one of which is covered, always offers the opportunity for families to retreat, which we greatly appreciate. The amenities leave nothing to be desired for hobby cooks; everything you need is available, and there are no complaints regarding cleanliness. We have already rented the apartment for the third time. Badly rented and every stay was very nice, both the accommodation and Kappeln and the picturesque Schlei are always worth a trip. Thank you, dear Daniel family! We will come back :-)

Everything done right :-) Super great apartment. Everything very lovingly furnished. Absolutely central, yet quiet location. Great terrace. The property manager, Mrs. Thomsen, is very reliable and super nice. We were completely satisfied and would definitely come back again.
