The log cabin not only has a great, secluded and absolutely quiet forest and lake location, but also stands out for its comfort "in this wilderness": 96 sqm living space (80 sqm on the ground floor, 16 on the upper floor), 40 sqm covered terrace, tiled bathroom (with underfloor heating) with access to the sauna. Large open living area with living room (ceiling height 3.60 m), dining area, modern fitted kitchen and wood-burning stove. There are not many holiday homes that can offer such a location together with this equipment. Absolute peace and solitude guaranteed !
The living room together with the integrated kitchen and dining area is approx. 50 sqm. The ceiling height here is 3.60 m. Cosy leather corner seating area directly in front of the fireplace, which heats the whole house. In addition, there are electric radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom (also underfloor heating in the bathroom). Furthermore, there is a modern air heat pump that heats in winter and cools in summer
Of course, there is a flat-screen TV with DVD and satellite system with most German channels
The comfortable holiday home is designed for 4-5 people, so max. 4 adults. A large, modern fitted kitchen - integrated in the living room - has of course fl. w/c water, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc . Large dining table with seating for up to 5 people and a view of Lake Kiasjön.

Location and surroundings of object
This comfortable log cabin is located in Småland. Småland is part of southern Sweden. The log cabin is located on the KIANÄS peninsula. Fagerhult, the nearest small town, is about 10 minutes away by car. To the cities Oskarshamn and Växjö you need about 1 hour by car. The peninsula is about 1 square kilometre and is surrounded by the 200 ha large lake Kiasjön. The log cabin is situated directly at this lake - about 80-130 m away, (depending on the water level of the lake) without any direct neighbours - absolute solitude - with a great view from the house and from the terrace on the lake Kiasjön. The sun will pamper you from breakfast until the afternoon on the terrace. Until early evening you can use the other side of the terrace for "sunbathing" - if you wish.
The holiday home can be reached directly by car, the car park is in front of the house.
To the next village Fagerhult it is about 8 km, to Oskarshamn to the east coast about 45 minutes by car and to Kalmar you drive about 1 hour. Vimmerby, the birthplace of Astrid Lindgren, is about 70 minutes by car.

A rowing boat for 3-4 persons belongs to the holiday home.
Other rowing boats, canoes, kayaks, motors or life jackets can be rented from us. We also rent some good bicycles and e-bikes.
All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets against uninvited guests. A barbecue belongs to each house.
