Non-smoking flat: Recently, non-smokers have increasingly resisted odours that remain in the flat due to previous guests smoking and cannot be 'aired out' quickly enough. I therefore hope for your understanding that I would like to keep the flat 'Elbschiffer' odour-neutral as a NON-SMOKERS' APARTMENT. Smokers are therefore no less welcome, but are asked to go to one of the two balconies to smoke.

Numerous attractions in the holiday area are within walking distance, such as the Kugelbake Fort, the Kugelbakehalle and the Kurpark with its animal enclosures. You can walk/cycle to the well-known adventure pool 'Ahoy' and the sandy beach in no time. From your location at Grimmershörnbucht, you can reach the ferry port, the marina and the city centre with its romantic corners in no time at all. Popular programmes include day trips by ship to the island of Helgoland or those to the island of Neuwerk, which you can combine with a mudflat hike. Harbour landscapes, museums, a castle, galleries, festivities and sporting events are all inviting, as is an aeronautical centre further afield. Bremerhaven is always worth a trip. On the way there, you will pass picturesque cutter harbours where you can witness the drying out process. Last but not least: Germany-wide, the area is recommended as a curative climatic region.
