Our guesthouse is comfortably furnished and we have grown very fond of our returning guests. Let yourself be enchanted by Cuxhaven. Treat yourself to a relaxing and restorative holiday on the North Sea coast. During your holiday, you will stay in a quiet but central location - right in the centre of Döse.

The largest flat with approx. 45 sqm, suitable for up to 4 people is located in the annex to the main house and has a separate entrance and direct access to the garden with terrace and barbecue area.
In addition to a living room with a small dining area, a separate kitchen, bathroom with shower / WC, there is a bedroom with two beds and a children's room with a bunk bed.

Our house is located in the centre of Döse, yet in a quiet location and only a few minutes away from the sandy beach.

Restaurants, snack bars, supermarket with bakery (also open on Sundays), as well as post office, pharmacy, doctor, savings bank are in the immediate vicinity. Cuxhaven is the northernmost town in Lower Saxony with over 50,000 inhabitants. Here you can enjoy your holiday by the sea! There are over 12 km of sandy and green beaches to explore, the harbour, the town centre, the Wadden Sea and some sandy beaches are only a 10-minute walk away and are ideal for children and for walking on the mud flats. Grimmershörnbucht (green beach) is also within easy walking distance. There you can go swimming and watch the shipping traffic on the busiest waterway.

We are obliged to pay the guest contribution of the city of Cuxhaven in the amount of Euro 3.00/3.80 (depending on the season) directly upon conclusion of the contract and must collect this before the holiday. In addition, there is an overnight contribution of 2.75%.
Children up to 16 years of age are exempt from the visitor's tax!
The guest contribution is to be paid on site to the landlord!
