Description
On a total area of approx. 100 m², a large cosily furnished living room with an open fireplace is at your disposal on the ground floor. Adjacent is the dining room with a cosy corner bench and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a small hallway with a separate WC.
Upstairs, a cosy bedroom with a double bed awaits you, as well as a children's room with three full-size beds and a cot. In between is the bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination and WC.
The attic has a very special charm. You will find another double bed and a sitting area with two armchairs.

Our holiday home is part of a residential unit of 10 well-kept terraced houses.
Due to the slight slope, you can drive directly from the parking space into the garage located in the house. The living area of the living-dining room and kitchen is therefore at ground level. A wonderful sun terrace open to the south-west, directly in front of the living area with terrace offers an unobstructed view of the mountains and wide meadows - a very special highlight.
The eight-kilometre-long, wide, sunny and south-facing high valley offers many natural experiences: mountains, forests, meadows and moors - a landscape to feel good and relax in every season.
You can also find a sporty balance with Nordic walking, mountain biking or paragliding.
You will encounter art and culture in the Hans-Thoma Art Museum, in the Resenhof Museum of Local History and in the "erlebnis:holz" forum.
The state-recognised Black Forest climatic health resort is also considered a popular winter sports resort and is one of the strongholds in European #8232;
