The newly built holiday home has approx. 80 m² living space excl. boiler room and laundry room and is spread over three floors (approx. 30 m² per floor)
1. First floor: entrance area, storeroom and laundry room, boiler room with oil heating
2. First floor: one bedroom, east terrace, kitchen with west terrace, bathroom with shower and toilet
3. First floor: large living room with sleeping possibility
The house is completely furnished with much love to the detail (Sat TV available) and lies very sunny and above all quietly in the middle of meadows in best Ausganslage.

Far away from the noise of the street, spend your holiday with family or just enjoy the peace and quiet for two in the newly built domicile. Not far from the holiday home you will find a grocery store, as well as a bakery, café, restaurants and tourist office. In just a few minutes by car you can reach Tamsweg with its countless shopping opportunities, adventure swimming pool and much more.

Optimal for two people.
Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher! Not a problem for two people. A bigger umbrella would be advantageous, the current one is far too small. The sliding doors on the shower may need to be looked at, they stick. But otherwise, it's a cute little house. Maria's on-site service is great! Here's an extra THANK YOU!!!

A beautiful little house!
The cottage is super cute, incredibly cosy, clean and equipped with all the essentials. We felt really comfortable. The location is just perfect for those who want to enjoy the peace and nature. There are plenty of hiking opportunities and beautiful lakes in the area. We loved it and had an unforgettable holiday. Many thanks to the friendly landlords and the lovely neighbour. Absolutely deserved 5 stars!

Beautiful Austrian house
The house is located in a beautiful Austrian village. Within walking distance, there is a nice restaurant below the church. A 10-30 minute drive away, there are plenty of cozy villages, and from the villages, you can take beautiful hikes. The Lungau area is super beautiful! The view from the house is amazing! And when the weather is nice, you have sun on the terrace/balcony all day.

TOP cottages
We have now been in the small but very nice cottage for 1 week
Everything was very tidy, very clean and new. The equipment and daily necessities were already there (which is not standard everywhere). Even towels and already made beds were waiting for us.
The house is not directly in the valley, but slightly elevated (about 1000 m), so that the relaxation factor is not too short (silence)
Conclusion - we immediately thought about turning around and staying there for a while, if it wasn't for the work... 5.5 out of 5 stars is very appropriate.
