Description

Cosy, family-oriented chalet in a quiet but central location. Mountain and valley view allow a good distant view. Spacious terraces surround the entire property and offer plenty of sun in summer. In winter the ski areas Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Mariapfarr, Katschberg, as well as Speiereck, Fanningberg or Obertauern are only a short drive away. In summer, hiking and cycling trails are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot

The 7,000 sqm Stadl bathing lake is a 10-minute walk away and offers a variety of sports such as beach volleyball, tennis, etc., as well as a large children's playground in addition to an 8,000 sqm sunbathing lawn.

The Murau-Kreischberg Golf Club with its magnificent 18-hole course is also just a few kilometres away. There is also an equestrian farm in the immediate vicinity, so you can indulge in both of these sports in just a few minutes from the chalet.

From Stadl you can start exciting rafting tours.

Location and surroundings of object

The chalet is located in the PAAL, near Stadl an der Mur on a quiet hill and a magnificent view over the valley and the surrounding mountains and valleys. Nestled in a small residential area, the chalet offers plenty of peace and tranquility in the middle of a chalet village. With around 730 sqm of land, which offers plenty of lawns and terraces, you can also spend a leisurely day at or in the chalet

The chalet is arranged over two levels, with the bedrooms and bathroom located upstairs. The ground floor offers a large living/dining area with a spacious kitchen area, which offers every possibility for cooking together with the family.

additional information about rental price:

The costs for final cleaning are to be paid or deposited directly on site
In addition to the rental price 1.50 € per day and person (children up to the age of 15 are free of charge) local tax / accommodation tax.

Cancellation terms:

  • You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

The chalet is fully equipped and the kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer is also well suited for a large family. The ground floor is a complete living/dining area with said kitchen, so the family can spend a lot of time together. The large patio areas in three cardinal directions offer plenty of sun. By the with about 740 sqm large property also offers to spend times a day at the chalet.

as an enthusiastic skier, hiker and biker, the acquisition of our own chalet was obvious. For us, "feeling good" in the chalet and its surroundings is important for us as well as for our guests and this is close to our hearts. Therefore we ask for careful handling of our dream.
