The cozy holiday home with approx. 45 sqm of living space is located 100 meters above the beach/marina in its own garden on our quiet residential street. A parking space is available at the house, and there is space for bicycles in the front garden. The house has 1 bedroom with a double bed 200 x 160, as well as 1 living room with 1 sofa bed, 2 x 90, & 1 cot & chair are available on request.
1 shower room & 1 kitchen with stove/oven. From the living room you can access the south terrace and the garden. Wlan is available.

The house at the marina is located on our residential street in the garden, 100 meters above the marina / bathing beach.
South-facing terrace towards the sea. This is the ideal place for a beach holiday with up to 3 people & an extra bed for small children on request, close to the beach / harbor.
The terrace is wind-protected with its own south-facing garden & barbecue facilities. Surf and sailing school are at the harbor / beach with surfboard & dinghy rental only 100 meters away. The seawater indoor swimming pool, Grömitzer Welle, is easily accessible via the beach promenade.
Restaurants are near the harbor.

The wide, fine sandy beach slopes gently into the sea and is also well suited for small children. Beach chairs can be rented on site.

Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.

Here is the translation to English: When booking the holiday home, our agreement regarding cancellation of the rental period applies as follows: - 60 days before check-in: 100% refund minus a processing fee of €40 - 30–60 days before check-in: 50% refund minus the processing fee - Less than 30 days before check-in: no refund, the rent will be charged, but cleaning and laundry services will not be charged. If there is an official accommodation ban imposed by authorities in our region, no cancellation fee will be charged to the tenant, and any amount already paid will be refunded. As a precaution, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. If you need to cancel or postpone your booking for important reasons, please inform us as soon as possible. This will help us to possibly re-rent the period and make arrangements with the tenant.
