Description
There are two adjacent / adjoining apartments, Apartment 207. Apartment and 208, each with two bedrooms, bathroom, complete kitchen, utility room and living room with balcony, so with the whole day glorious sun. So, ideal for a large family, you and your friends, two families or just for yourself an apartment. Each apartment will be rented separately in principle but may together of course.
Also very ge-suited for winter in the beautiful Algarve if you and your partner want to enjoy a long period of the sun and maybe the (grand) to have children for a few weeks in their own home ode to you.
Your home - or apartments, (the more than 81m2) is located on the second floor (with elevator), with a nice balcony facing south, overlooking the Estrada do Farol and has a beautifully decorated dining room with air conditioning, and in cool Summer warm in winter, Wifi / Internet, Satellite TV and DVD player, kitchen with microwave, oven, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, washing machine, fridge freezer, breakfast bar and toaster, and more. There is a Dutch but also German and Portugiesichsprachige house manager who can help you and all questions can be answered.
Each apartment has a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a double bed, dressing table and mirror and enough space for an extra bed or cot (on request in the apartment).
The second bedroom with twin beds has plenty of storage space and is on the back of the building. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.
There is also a large swimming pool with children's pool, changing rooms, a separate toilet and plenty of deck space for sunbathing in the back of the building. Each apartment has 2 nice sofas for you.
In five minutes, but you can go to the beautiful beach of Carvoeiro, along the many shops, cafes and restaurants.
Each apartment (or both Houses) is / are suitable for 2-5 persons and can / can be rented throughout the year. Flexible changeover day and the prices are all-inclusive, so Housekeeper, linen, towels, bath and beach towels, wifi, air conditioning, etc. And per apartment, per week.

Only 45 minutes drive from Faro airport, past the places Almancil, Vilamoura, Quarteira, Albufeira and Alcantarilha and the town of Lagoa, Carvoeiro is Dorf. Close to Carvoeiro there are several golf courses, including Gramacho, Vale da Pinta and Vale do Milho (9holes).
Carvoeiro is a true holiday village with lots of bars, small restaurants, cozy cafes and many shops / small shop. In the center of the village is the beautiful sandy beach where you can relax. Located in this center, only 5 minutes from the beach, is the Aurora Edificio Mar, where on the second floor (elevator), the apartment number 207 and 208 is. The entrance to the building is on the corner, where Café Fino a cheap cup of coffee (Bica) offers, but where you can also enjoy of your breakfast or lunch in the sun.
Through the main entrance of Aurora Mar is the hall where you take the elevator to the second floor. Along the run you will find the large communal pool with separate children's pool, Unziehraum and toilet.
