The Villa Carvoeiro is situated in a quiet location, 300m from the main road (M -1273), from the fishing village of Benagil and offers peace and privacy without being isolated, only 5 minutes drive to the restaurants on the coast in Benagil and cozy Carvoeiro village.
There are many restaurants, cafes, shops and terraces, even a discotheque and nightclub, and you can buy an ice cream creation on the court or on the beach.
Would you want a lot of food shopping, then the Intermarche and Aldi is just an 8 -minütige ride in Lagoa, one of the cities of the beautiful Algarve, a province of Portugal, a large country with only 11 million inhabitants and Lisbon as its capital.
The Villa Maria, House Algarve seaside is very spacious and offers enough living space for 6 people. The living room with dining area has doors to a large terrace with two dining tables and chairs is partially covered with a shadow triangle so that you can sit in the shade. From the terrace you can go directly to the private pool of approximately 5 x 7 meters to go. There is a staircase to the pool and the floor slopes gently from about 50 cm to over 2 meters, so that your children can be at the beginning of the pool.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning, so even in winter the room can be heated. There is also a cozy wood stove (wood included) to the winter months provides a lovely warm atmosphere. So, even a lovely holiday home for people who want to hibernate. Pets usually, pets allowed on request.
There is a spacious double room with ceiling fan. The bedroom has a small terrace where you can enjoy in the morning from the sun and there is a large closet for clothes.
There is also a smaller bedroom where a large bunk bed stands (2 x 80x200cm). Very nice for the kids, but also comfortable and large enough for adults.
Both bedrooms have the use of a luxury bathroom with two sinks with mirrors, a toilet and a large shower. Hairdryer for the ladies in the two baths are present.
The master bedroom has two Auping beds that are electrically adjustable, a private TV with international channels, air conditioning, plenty of storage space, ceiling fan, a wood stove for romantic winter evenings and doors to the garden. Of course, the master bedroom has a private bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and separate bath. Towels and bath towels are included with the rental, so that you may not bring your own.
The kitchen of the house is complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, coffee pot, juicer, blender, oven, 4 plates stove, etc, etc.
Washing machines, extra fridge and freezer are in the big barn at the back of the villa. Here also the wood for the furnaces, the rotary dryer is for your laundry and there is spare gas cylinders. The garden furniture are already at the pool for you. Additional chairs can be found in the plant that is being built to the double garage. If you want, you can of course use the garage, although there is a lot of parking next to the villa on the grounds.
