Description

Casa Caravela is a beautiful, two-story townhouse with air conditioning and two bedrooms in Colina Branca, Carvoeiro. It is located in close proximity to the town center and offers a wonderful view of the historic old town. The townhouse features a newly converted small bedroom for a fifth and sixth person (a small surcharge is charged for use of the third bedroom). The air conditioning in the two main bedrooms was installed in 2020. The tastefully furnished ground floor accommodation consists of a comfortable living room with dining area and patio doors leading to a bright sun terrace with barbecue – ideal for relaxing with friends and family. A modern LCD TV with British channels and a DVD player are also available. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.

From the sun terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the historic old town of Carvoeiro. In the living room, a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth in winter. The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen on the ground floor features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a microwave.

In the basement there are two spacious bedrooms with generous built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and a brand-new, modern en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, and next to it is a separate, also completely renovated bathroom. Both bedrooms offer patio doors that lead to small terraces, allowing you to enjoy the mild climate of the Algarve, no matter which room you choose. The newly remodeled third bedroom is also located on the ground floor and features two single beds with storage space. This room is ideal for children. The two main bedrooms are each equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioner that keeps you pleasantly cool during the warm summer months. In the small, converted bedroom there is a fan.

From the hallway on the ground floor, a staircase leads to the roof terrace with an open sea view and a magnificent view over the city. In front of the main entrance of the villa there is a carport, so you can easily park your rental car right at the front door. The villa offers access to the communal pool, which is only a few minutes’ walk away.
