The well maintained cottage Yasmin is located at the foot of the mountain on overlooking the coast. Denia is a resort on the coast of the Costa Blanca.
Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain is a typical Spanish town with great history and culture. Every Monday there is a big commodity market. Every Friday a wonderful fruit and vegetable market. By Ferry Ibiza can be reached in 3 hours. More trips to theme parks such as Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar, etc. Oceanografic are ideal for families with children. Likewise, hiking or biking from Denia can be well done. Of course, all water sports facilities are available. Sport facilities nearby

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus. Aussicht auf das Meer und den Hafen.
Lage:
Am Hausberg von Denia dem Montgo in leicht ansteigender Hanglage. In der Nachbarschaft sind ausschließlich Villen und Ferienhäuser, die alle durch Hecken und Mauern von den Nachbargrundstücken abgegrenzt sind. Entfernung zur Altstadt/ Hafen/ Sandstrand, geschätzte 3km, aus unserer Sicht wird ein Fahrzeug benötigt. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind von den Nachbarhäusern kaum einsehbar.
Ausstattung:
2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett. Kleine Küche mit Gasherd, Wohn und Esszimmer, Badezimmer mit Du und WC. Großer Innenhof mit Grill. Autoabstellplatz, Schöne Terrasse, teilweise überdacht mit schönem Pool und einer festen Überdachung beim Pool (die ist auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, da diese nicht aktuell sind). Im Außenbereich separates Badehaus mit großer Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine
SAT-TV mit Flachbildschirm und allen deutschen Sendern (Free-TV). Alle Fenster sind mit Insektengitter ausgestattet und an denen waren wir froh. Bei den Einrichtungsgegenständen hat uns nichts gefehlt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren inklusiv. Nicht gefallen hat mir nur die superweiche Couchgarnitur im Wohnzimmer.

Allgemeines:
Das Haus ist schon etwas älter und komplett eingerichtet. Neu ist der Pool, die Überdachung beim Pool und das außenliegende Bade/Waschhaus. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit großen Autos etwas eng und wir mussten mit unserem VW Passat schon etwas aufpassen, dass wir uns keine Schramme holten. Allerdings kann man auch auf der Straße vor dem Haus Parken. Die Aufteilung des Gebäudes mit dem Großen Innenhof fanden wir nicht optimal, da dieser von uns kaum genutzt wurde. Die Bewertung bleibt trotzdem bei voller Punktzahl, da wir alles in allem super zufrieden waren und einen tollen Urlaub hatten. Preis/Leistung war für uns voll in Ordnung.
