Location and surroundings of object
The well maintained cottage Yasmin is located at the foot of the mountain on overlooking the coast. Denia is a resort on the coast of the Costa Blanca.
Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain is a typical Spanish town with great history and culture. Every Monday there is a big commodity market. Every Friday a wonderful fruit and vegetable market. By Ferry Ibiza can be reached in 3 hours. More trips to theme parks such as Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar, etc. Oceanografic are ideal for families with children. Likewise, hiking or biking from Denia can be well done. Of course, all water sports facilities are available. Sport facilities nearby

Very beautifully located holiday house. View of the sea and the harbor.
Location:
On the Hausberg of Denia, the Montgo, in a slightly sloping hillside location. In the neighborhood, there are exclusively villas and holiday homes, all of which are bordered by hedges and walls from neighboring properties. Estimated distance to the old town / harbor / sandy beach, about 3 km, in our opinion, a vehicle is needed. The property and the pool are hardly visible from the neighboring houses.
Facilities:
2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed. Small kitchen with gas stove, living and dining room, bathroom with shower and toilet. Large courtyard with barbecue. Parking space, beautiful terrace, partly covered with a lovely pool and a fixed cover by the pool (not visible in the pictures as they are not current). Separate bathhouse outside with a large shower, toilet, and washing machine. Satellite TV with flat-screen and all German channels (free TV). All windows are equipped with insect screens, and we were thankful for that. In terms of furnishings, we did not miss anything. Bed linen and towels were included. The only thing I didn't like was the super soft couch set in the living room.

General:
The house is somewhat older but fully furnished. New additions include the pool, the poolside cover, and the external bath/laundry house. The access to the house is a bit tight for large cars, and we had to be careful with our VW Passat to avoid getting a scratch. However, parking on the street in front of the house is possible. We didn't find the layout of the building with the large inner courtyard optimal as we hardly used it. Nevertheless, the rating remains at full points as we were super satisfied overall and had a great holiday. Price/value was totally fine for us.

The house is located in a superbly beautiful location with a fantastic view. Very well-kept pool and surroundings. The house lacked nothing and was very clean. The handover was very friendly and worked perfectly.
