Summer vacation at Casa Denice
The Casa Denice has repeatedly provided us with an unforgettable beautiful vacation. The location at the foot of the mountain is top-notch, so one is far away from any noise and can enjoy an incredibly beautiful view of the city and the Mediterranean Sea. With a vehicle, one is very quickly at various excursion options or at the beach. The beach is also easily reachable on foot, even at a leisurely pace. The furnishings in the accommodation leave nothing to be desired: In the well-equipped kitchen, cooking poses no problems, in the newly renovated bathroom there is enough space to shower, in the air-conditioned bedrooms one can sleep well even in high temperatures, and if it rains, one can either play games at one of the many seating areas or watch a movie in the cozy living room. Even in nice weather, the Casa Denice invites you to linger: Around the house, there is a beautiful cactus garden, various seating areas, and the large pool including a shower offers everything the heart desires.
We will certainly return to Casa Denice many times to spend lovely holidays.

Sommerferien in Denia
It was a relaxed holiday with the family in Denia. The large pool was used frequently to cool off. The on-site support is very nice and accommodating.

Very nice property, great value for the price
We were a group of 4 staying at Casa Denice for a week, and we rented the entire house.
Reception:
Mrs. Ghilardi welcomed us very kindly on the day of our arrival. She explained everything to us and showed us where to find everything.
Property:
The entire property is very well-maintained. A beautiful garden with a large pool, which is deep at the back, along with many palm trees and plants, invites you to relax and enjoy. There is also a nice outdoor shower and plenty of sun loungers so that no one has to lie on the ground in the sun.
House:
In the house, air conditioning is available in 3 out of 5 bedrooms. Unfortunately, this is also a small weakness as the other bedrooms do not have air conditioning. (Fans are available in these rooms as well) With 3 toilets in the house and one by the pool, there are enough toilets for many guests. The two kitchens are functional and equipped with enough dishes, pans, and cooking utensils. A television and internet are also available. In the living room, there is a large table and a comfortable sofa group. A lockable carport is also available.

Summer vacation at Casa Denice 2015
We look back on two great weeks at Casa Denice. It offered us with its 2 apartments and outdoor area enough space for 8 people. In the comfortably furnished holiday home with its rustic Spanish furniture, we felt completely at ease - nothing was missing, even though we were mostly outside. Shower/bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were tip-top. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, palms, and swimming pool. There was plenty of space for the children to play and splash around. And if it wasn't the pool, we quickly reached the sea. We didn't have to go far to get into town either. Denia has a lot to offer: the sea, the city, and good food! - We will gladly come back.
