Description
The holiday flat is situated in a quiet, central location in Mühlenblick, not far from the "Cliner Quelle" spa centre, which you can easily reach on foot in just a few steps. You can also reach the beach, the town centre and the Harle promenade on foot.
The well-kept flat is located on the ground floor of our house and has a bright living room with sofa and large satellite TV, dining area and well-equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher). Furthermore, you will find two bedrooms and a bright and modern bathroom with shower. From the living room you have access to the sunny terrace.
A parking space is on the property.
The flat can be used by up to 4 people and a small child.
In the house you can use a coin-operated washing machine as well as a storage room for bicycles, prams and the like.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Pets are possible by arrangement (3 euros per day).

The holiday flat is in a quiet, central location in Mühlenblick, not far from the "Cliner Quelle" spa centre, which you can easily reach on foot in just a few steps. The bathing beach, the town centre and the Harle promenade are also within walking distance.
The North Sea resort of Carolinensiel/Harlesiel is one of the most beautiful North Sea resorts on the East Frisian coast. Here in the land of water, windmills and dikes, you will find an intact environment, modern comfort, old traditions, leisure fun and recreation for the whole family.
The Harle River is on your doorstep and offers water sports and fishing opportunities, idyllic spots on the Harle beach for hobby painters, hiking and picnic fun, horse riding and cycling opportunities. Around Carolinensiel there are lush green pastures, rapeseed and corn fields. Here you can feel the immediate proximity of the Wadden Sea with its pure and healthy air, which invites you to go mudflat hiking, swimming or sunbathing.
Between Carolinensiel and Harlesiel you will find the "Cliner Quelle" - a spa and leisure centre for the whole family. A wide range of facilities awaits you there, including a leisure pool, sauna, crèche, playground, restaurant, wellness area and tourist information. In the wellness area of the "Cliner Quelle" you can relax with massages, various baths and mud packs.
Let the past come back to life. The museum harbour is located in the centre of Carolinensiel. Here numerous historic flat-bottomed sailing boats are moored surrounded by a backdrop of mainly typical Frisian buildings. In its heyday in the 18th and 19th centuries, the harbour was the second-largest East Frisian siege and trading port and was of great importance for the entire shipping industry. Today it is the centre of many festivals and activities and still gives impressions of times gone by. The old times in Carolinensiel and on the North Sea coast also come alive again in the "German Sielhafenmuseum", which is located here with 2 of 4 houses. Numerous exhibitions tell of life and activity on the coast, today and in times past, and especially for children there are many opportunities to get active in the museum.
Don't miss out on a stroll through Carolinensiel. Here you will find everything you need for daily life, large and small supermarkets, bakers, the pharmacy, bank and savings bank, a hairdresser, magazines, the postal agency and many shops selling maritime gifts, souvenirs, shovels, swimming trunks or rain jackets.
Also worth seeing is the approx. 2 km long "Harle Promenade" past numerous cafés, tea rooms and restaurants, all with a wonderful view of the Harle. Here, directly on the Harle, you can also play mini-golf or take a round trip in a pedal boat or rowing boat. The route continues to the Friedrichsschleuse, a bascule bridge built in the Dutch style. This is where the marina begins, which is home to numerous sailing ships and motor yachts during the summer season. You can also make the same journey on the paddle steamer "Concordia II", a replica of the old Concordia I from 1854. It runs a shuttle service from the marina in Harlesiel through the Friedrichsschleuse past the Haus des Gastes to the museum harbour in Carolinensiel.
Continue over the dyke at the Sieltor to reach the outer harbour. Here the shrimp cutters set course for the open North Sea and the excursion boats take off for the Wadden Sea to the seal banks or the island of Wangerooge.
Now you have also reached the fine sandy beach of Carolinensiel/Harlesiel. The beach with its beach chairs invites you to sunbathe and take long walks, and the North Sea invites you to swim.
Regular bus connections take you to the other coastal resorts, with the ferry docks to the East Frisian islands or to the interesting district towns in the interior of the country.
The East Frisian district town of Wittmund is 13 km away and offers opportunities for shopping or strolling with its pedestrian zone.
The Frisian district town of Jever, with its historic old town, well-known castle and famous brewery, is a twenty-minute drive away.
The well-known East Frisian islands also invite you to a day trip. Cycling and hiking in the dune landscape or lazing in a beach chair.

Neuerung der Erdgeschosswohnung
wenn ich gewusst hätte was mich erwartet, hätte ich lieber etwas mehr bezahlt!
Der Geruch in der Wohnung unangenehm,
die Matratzen maximal für 60 kg Menschen.....zuzüglich konnte man nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen, wegen des Geruch´s
die Unverschämtheit war die altersschwache, abgewetzte, stinkende Couch, wer auch immer für diesen Gestank verantwortlich war, abgesehen davon, das der Schaumstoff durch war und man wie auf einem Brett saß.
Man kann nicht 9 Jahre bei Vermietungen, wenn auch Tiere mit dürfen, eine Couch in diesem Zustand in einer Ferienwohnung belassen.
Der einzige Raum der schön ist, war das Bad.
Ich könnte noch einiges hinzufügen, das würde allerdings den Rahmen sprengen.
Für mich nicht empfehlenswert!

entspanter Urlaub
wir haben das erste mal an der Nordsee Urlaub gemacht und hatten auch gleich Glück mit dieser Ferienwohnung.Die Wohnung war geräumig,sauber,gemütlich und es gab alles was man brauchte. Und sehr preiswert.Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder in diesem Haus Urlaub machen,Danke.

Super Wohnung in schöner Lage

Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen, aber für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet
Wir haben 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung Nr. 2 verbracht. Für eine solch lange Zeit ist die Ferienwohnung nur bedingt geeignet. Im Haus selbst sind noch mehrere Ferienwohnungen und alle Urlauber gehen sowohl an der Terrasse, wie am Wohnzimmer, an beiden Schlafzimmern und am Bad vorbei, was ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster fast unmöglich macht. Die angrenzenden Nachbarn hatten sich bis spät nachts im Garten aufgehalten, das war sehr laut, morgens erwachten wir, als die ersten Urlauber mit dem Hund raus sind, oder Brötchen geholt haben.
Die Terrasse ist bei Sonnenschein nicht benutzbar, da keine Verschattungsmöglichkeit (Sonnenschirm oder Markise) vorhanden ist. Auf Anfrage bei der Wohnungsbetreuerin sagte man uns, dass zwar ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden sei, aber dieser nicht zur Wohnung gehöre.
Die Wohnung zeigt deutliche Verschleißerscheinigungen: im Wohnzimmer sind mehrfach die Fliesen gerissen, in den Schlafzimmern und an der Wohnungseintagstüre streifen die Türen auf dem Boden und nutzen vor allem im Kinderzimmer deutlich sichtbar den Laminat ab. Selbst der angereiste Schreiner konnte das Problem nicht beheben. Die Küche ist mittelmäßig ausgestattet, es fehlt teilweise Geschirr, das jedoch auf Anforderung ersetzt wurde. Die Düsen des Geschirrspülers waren bei Ankunft mit Eierschalen verstopft, wir haben ihn gereinigt und er hat dann einigermaßen verwertbare Ergebnisse erzielt. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.
Wir belegten die Wohnung mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Es war schön, dass wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten und meine Frau die auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen ist konnte die Wohnung gut nutzen, die fast allen Ansprüchen an eine rollstuhlgerechte Wohnung genügt. Außer der Stufe an der Haustüre ist keine Barriere vorhanden. Die Kinder fühlten sich ebenfalls wohl in der Wohnung. Die mehrfachen Probleme mit den Bettrosten, hat der Eigentümer durch einen Schreiner erledigen lassen, sodass wir ab diesem Zeitpunkt auch sehr gut in den Betten gelegen haben.

Immer wieder schön!
Wir waren mal wieder im Haus Mühlenblick. Es hat uns wie immer sehr gut gefallen. Sauber, ruhig, gute Lage. schöne Wohnungen. Viele Grüße an den Vermieter und die nette Verwalterin. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Tolle Wohnung
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung fanden wir sehr sauber vor. Die Ausstattung ist gut und es ist alles das, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super: zentral und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Gemütliche Wohnung in super Lage
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung rundum wohl gefühlt. Gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Buchung und Anreise verlief absolut problemlos. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und schnell in der Abwicklung der Buchung (Mietvertrag, Rückruf,..). Auch unser Hund war willkommen, was nicht überall der Fall ist.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!
