Description
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200) with height-adjustable single mattresses, bedside tables & a second cable TV. A 5-door wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. The spacious, friendly designed living room offers sufficient seating as well as a pull-out leather couch, a small library, cable TV, Blu-Ray player and free internet access. The dining area has four chairs and an extendable table .
The integrated kitchen has a 4-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, fridge & plenty of crockery.
The bathroom has a towel warmer, hairdryer and stainless steel washing tub.
For your children we have a high chair and a travel cot - no extra charge!
From the living room you enter your own furnished, covered terrace, from which you look into the beautiful courtyard. This is lovingly landscaped with a small water landscape, a goldfish pond and a lawn. It is surrounded by many plants, bushes and hedges

Location and surroundings of object
The residential complex was built in 1997 in the seaside style. It is located in the upper and therefore quieter part of Strandstrasse in Kübo-Ost and borders directly on the approx. 130 ha city forest. There you can go on beautiful hikes and bicycle tours in the near and far surroundings. There is also a climbing forest here. Between the sandy beach/ pier/ marina and the complex (approx. 600 m away) is the attractive promenade with all the shopping facilities, shops and extensive gastronomy for every taste. Nearby is the stop of the historic narrow-gauge railway "Molli", which takes you to Bad Doberan via Heiligendamm. It is also only a few minutes' walk to the tennis courts in the middle of Lindenpark. One of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany is about 4 km away. Kühlungsborn - a seaside resort with a special flair

Great apartment and superb location at a fair price.
Great facilities, very clean and lovingly furnished.
The location of the holiday apartment couldn't be better. It's not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but only a few minutes' walk from many shops and restaurants. In the evenings, I could take the last walk through the nearby park, which was well lit, so I felt safe as a woman alone. The place has a lot to offer in terms of variety, and you can take long walks along the coast.
I will definitely come back and say "thank you" for a very nice holiday!

A perfect vacation home
We have rarely had an apartment that is so perfect, lovingly furnished and well thought out. We felt incredibly comfortable and will definitely come back. A big thank you to the landlords!
