Arrival and departure day: SUNDAY! Outside the holidays or season by arrangement, but always depending on the subsequent rental!
Brief description:
On direct beach path to the promenade, fine sandy beach 250m, 6 min. by foot.
FeWo's: 8th floor, the "king class floor", quiet corridor with only 4 additional rentable FeWo's, direct swimming pool lift, 47sqm;
2 bedrooms (1 living/bedroom + 1 small bedroom=children's room), ALL beds equipped with intervertebral disc mattresses;
Kitchen (dishwasher) and dining area

large covered balcony with awning, not visible.
Our 2nd apartment "802" (midday/evening sun) is just opposite -door against door-; you will also find it described at Ferienhausmiete; interesting, if you would like to travel with 2 families, please enquire VERY early!
Both apartments are located on a quiet corridor with only 4 additional rentable apartments, reachable by a TRUCKSHIFT, which also takes you DIRECTLY to the swimming pool!
Our apartments are also accessible without stairs - from the underground car park - due to the fact that the lifts have to be changed once.

Both apartments are comfortably furnished and of high standard
In all sleeping areas good, high intervertebral disc mattresses (in the double bed on adjustable slatted frames) allow restful sleep.
1 Large living room with integrated bedroom (double bed 180x200cm),
1 separate children's room with 2 single beds (extendable, 90x200 + 80x190) and own TV.
Kitchen : DISHWASHER, microwave, etc.;
Really well equipped with everything a woman/man needs, nothing is missing, at least that's what all our regular guests who return every year think.
Living room: Large flat screen SAT-TV, DVD, stereo system/CD, blackout roller blinds, fan, mosquito screen door.
Hallway : OWN patented suitcase trolley
The use (on weekdays 7 to 21 o'clock) of the HOUSE-OWN, warm water SWIMMING POOL (8 x 15m) + sep. toddler pool > is included in the rent; on 3 days it is reserved for nudists for 2 hours in the morning or in the evening.
Table tennis room with 2 professional tables (rackets + balls available in the apartments)
In the house, ONLY: washing machines from 2EUR + dryer from 50ct., solarium
OWN underground parking space free of charge;
several bicycle storage rooms (2 bicycles per apartment are available: use at your own risk);
Large furnished balcony with awning, covered, protected, not visible.

The house Berolina has !!! SEVERAL STAIRS !!!, so that one has the possibility to reach 'one's' hallway from the underground car park, without stairs.

Haus Berolina consists of condominiums, individually furnished by each owner and mostly rented out.
The entire house consists of 4 blocks, is quietly located and yet central!
Whether in 15 minutes to the small town or
in 6 minutes -on a direct beach path- to the fine, barrier-free sandy beach 250 m, or to the 2.2,km long promenade, ideal for a stroll or to let the soul dangle, here is where holiday life takes place and it can sometimes be a bit more turbulent in the HS.

Vacation apartment
A top-equipped apartment with a great view of the Baltic Sea. It had everything you need and much more. Very clean and lovingly furnished. We would love to come back.

Beautiful vacation
We had 14 days of beautiful weather and an apartment with a nice view, everything was available that you need, plus a large swimming pool, 2 bicycles, a table tennis room with paddles and balls, and a underground garage where the car is safe. Ihre Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen, es war Alles vorhanden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder. Aber so viel Werbung darf nicht gemacht werden, sonst kann man die Wohnung kaum noch mieten. Wir haben ja Glück gehabt das wir sie dieses Jahr bekommen haben. Liebe Famielie Starosta, wir waren das erste mal in Dahme in ihrer Fewo 806 mit Meerblick. Wir waren begeistert es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Unser Sohn war auch sehr zufrieden mit seinem Zimmer mit Fernseher. Zu allem hat das Wetter auch noch gestimmt, also was will man mehr. Ein gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke auch für den schönen Empfang und die Fürsorge von ihrer Seite. Seit ca. 35 Jahren kommen wir ins Berolina, aber noch nie hatten wir eine FeWo wie diese. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und nach dem aktuellsten Stand ausgestattet.
Dank Markise konnten wir den wundervollen Meerblick sogar beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon genießen.
Wünscht man Abwechslung oder das Wetter spielt nicht mit, hilft das Schwimmbad, der Tischtennisraum oder die Nutzung der Fahrräder, den Urlaub optimal zu gestalten.
Kurz gesagt, an alles ist gedacht!
Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub bei Ihnen.

wir waren schon in einigen FeWo's, aber diese Wohnung ist die Schönste in der wir bis jetzt gewesen sind.
Sie ist nicht nur für Erw. top, auch unser Sohn hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und war ganz begeistert von den Kinderangeboten in der Whng.

Wir sind wieder auf dem Weg nach Hause..... Leider
Es waren schöne 10 Tage..... Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt wir haben uns ihrer Wohnung sau wohl gefühlt. Selbst das Wetter war auf unser Seite..... 1Nachmittag Regen...... Sonst immer viel Sonne. Den ersten Herbststurm haben wir auch mal erlebt.

Einrichtung super und der tolle Blick auf die Ostsee auch.
Auto kann stehen bleiben, man hat im Ort einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man das wichtigste bekommt.
Das Restaurant Kum Luck können wir wärmstens empfehlen, dort kann man lecker essen gehen, zu einem kleinen Preis.
Sehr nette Vermieter, kommen gern wieder nach Dahme. Auch ein Dankeschön an die Perle des Hauses.
Es fehlt wirklich an nichts!
Die Lage ist hervorragend. Ruhig mit einem herrlichen Ausblick über die Ostsee.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung wieder mieten, zumal auch das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung ist.
Habe Ihre Wohnung im internet entdeckt, was macht Frau zuerst? Fotos und Bewertungen anschauen. Mein Gedanke war, Internet ist geduldig. Aber, nachdem wir eine Woche in dieser tollen,super saubern Fewo verbringen durften, kann ich es zu 1000 % bestätigen. Wir kommen bestimmt sehr gerne wieder.
