Description
Arrival and departure day: SUNDAY! Outside the holidays or season by arrangement, but always depending on the subsequent rental!
Brief description:
On direct beach path to the promenade, fine sandy beach 250m, 6 min. by foot.
FeWo's: 8th floor, the "king class floor", quiet corridor with only 4 additional rentable FeWo's, direct swimming pool lift, 47sqm;
2 bedrooms (1 living/bedroom + 1 small bedroom=children's room), ALL beds equipped with intervertebral disc mattresses;
Kitchen (dishwasher) and dining area

large covered balcony with awning, not visible.
Our 2nd apartment "802" (midday/evening sun) is just opposite -door against door-; you will also find it described at Ferienhausmiete; interesting, if you would like to travel with 2 families, please enquire VERY early!
Both apartments are located on a quiet corridor with only 4 additional rentable apartments, reachable by a TRUCKSHIFT, which also takes you DIRECTLY to the swimming pool!
Our apartments are also accessible without stairs - from the underground car park - due to the fact that the lifts have to be changed once.

Both apartments are comfortably furnished and of high standard
In all sleeping areas good, high intervertebral disc mattresses (in the double bed on adjustable slatted frames) allow restful sleep.
1 Large living room with integrated bedroom (double bed 180x200cm),
1 separate children's room with 2 single beds (extendable, 90x200 + 80x190) and own TV.
Kitchen : DISHWASHER, microwave, etc.;
Really well equipped with everything a woman/man needs, nothing is missing, at least that's what all our regular guests who return every year think.
Living room: Large flat screen SAT-TV, DVD, stereo system/CD, blackout roller blinds, fan, mosquito screen door.
Hallway : OWN patented suitcase trolley
The use (on weekdays 7 to 21 o'clock) of the HOUSE-OWN, warm water SWIMMING POOL (8 x 15m) + sep. toddler pool > is included in the rent; on 3 days it is reserved for nudists for 2 hours in the morning or in the evening.
Table tennis room with 2 professional tables (rackets + balls available in the apartments)
In the house, ONLY: washing machines from 2EUR + dryer from 50ct., solarium
OWN underground parking space free of charge;
several bicycle storage rooms (2 bicycles per apartment are available: use at your own risk);
Large furnished balcony with awning, covered, protected, not visible.
Accessibility of the house
The house Berolina has !!! SEVERAL STAIRS !!!, so that one has the possibility to reach 'one's' hallway from the underground car park, without stairs.

Haus Berolina consists of condominiums, individually furnished by each owner and mostly rented out.
The entire house consists of 4 blocks, is quietly located and yet central!
Whether in 15 minutes to the small town or
in 6 minutes -on a direct beach path- to the fine, barrier-free sandy beach 250 m, or to the 2.2,km long promenade, ideal for a stroll or to let the soul dangle, here is where holiday life takes place and it can sometimes be a bit more turbulent in the HS.

Oldie days, shanty choir performances, artists' promenade festival, Kurpark in Flammen, Fischerbuden-, Oktober- + Drachenfest; Ostsee in Flammen + NDR Sommerparty mid/end Aug. in Grömitz.
Something very special: MARRY at the Dahmer LEUCHTTURM followed by a Dahmer honeymoon!

in the KUR resort of Dahme, no problem! Small supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc., either in town or on the 2.2 km long beach promenade
In the neighbouring village there is an Aldi with an adjacent large supermarket.

The baker from Dahme offers a special service: during the peak tourist season, the baker's car stops in front of the Berolina House every morning around 9 a.m. - ringing loudly - and offers fresh bread and baked goods.
A general practitioner, a dentist and the pharmacy are only a 10-minute walk away.

Super apartment with EVERYTHING included!

We really liked your holiday apartment; it had everything we needed. We will definitely come back next year. But so much advertising shouldn't be done, otherwise, it will be hard to rent the apartment. We were lucky to get it this year. Great apartment in Dahme
Holiday from 14.08 to 21.08 22
Dear Famielie Starosta, we were the first time in Dahme in your apartment 806 with sea view. We were thrilled, there was nothing missing, everything you need is there and the flat is very clean and cosy. Our son was also very happy with his room with TV. Pampering accommodation
Dear Starosta family!
We have been coming to the Berolina for about 35 years, but we have never had a holiday home like this one. Nothing was missing. The flat is very clean, tasteful and equipped to the latest standards.
Thanks to the awning, we could enjoy the wonderful sea view even during breakfast on the balcony.
If you want a change of pace or the weather is not cooperating, the swimming pool, the table tennis room or the use of the bicycles will help you to make the most of your holiday.
In short, everything has been thought of!
We are already looking forward to our next holiday with you.
