However, if the house is still unoccupied 2 weeks before the desired start date, a shorter stay can be arranged. The same applies to gaps between two rentals, which must then be fully occupied. Cancellation terms:
In the event of contract cancellation, the following charges will be billed:
• more than 90 days prior to arrival 20% of the rental amount
• 60-90 days prior to arrival 50% of the rental amount
• 30-60 days prior to arrival 70% of the rental amount
• 15-30 days prior to arrival 90% of the rental amount
• less than 15 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due.
