- Permanent living
- Necessary business trips
- Family reasons
If you are interested, please contact us, even if periods up to Whitsun are shown as "occupied". These are usually tourist bookings which we will have to cancel shortly.

Bright, open rooms in inviting, natural colours, old wooden floorboards, luxury box spring beds etc.. - all this makes Herzhausen an absolute nature-pure feel-good home.
The young, Scandinavian style of furnishing with a combination of antique individual pieces & comfortable furniture from today pleases both young and old.

| Additional prices: All overnight prices refer to max. 6 persons. For each additional person a surcharge of of 15 € per night. - Bed linen once per person 10,00 € binding - Towels one-time per person 10,00 € binding - Pets one-time 50,00 € IN PRINCIPLE THERE IS A MINIMUM STAY OF 1 WEEK. However, if the house is still unoccupied 2 weeks before the desired start date, a shorter stay can be arranged. The same applies to gaps between two rentals, which must then be fully occupied. The linen set includes enough tea towels and for you. In addition, 1 small, 1 large & 1 sauna towel per person The energy costs are based on the actual consumption. Water: 7 € / m³ Electricity: 35 ct / kWh Gas: 60 ct / m3 Of course we don't want to make a profit on the additional costs, we just pass on the prices of the energy suppliers to you. Pets by arrangement, with a maximum of 2 dogs welcome at the same time. The visitor's tax is to be paid on site. |
Cancellation terms:
In the event of contract cancellation, the following charges will be billed:
• more than 90 days prior to arrival 20% of the rental amount
• 60-90 days prior to arrival 50% of the rental amount
• 30-60 days prior to arrival 70% of the rental amount
• 15-30 days prior to arrival 90% of the rental amount
• less than 15 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due.
